My wife booked a two-hour tour for us and three of our kids this past weekend while visiting Chicago. I will admit I was very nervous but I will tell you it was one of the funniest things I have ever done. Our guide Bryanne was awesome and I'd do another with her anytime. I have been to Chicago so many times in my 54 years but had never experienced the waterfront the way we did in those two hours Sat morning. Clark is the best tour guide ever! This was a great tour and we really enjoyed it. Got to see a lot of the Grant Park/Museum Campus area. It's so much easier than walking around and you can see the places you want to go back and visit. Yes, you look like a dorky tourist but it is fun. Our "training" session took a little longer because we had an older woman who tried valiantly, but failed to get the hang of it so she had to bow out of the tour. SEGWAY: a two wheeled, self balancing transportation device. CHICAGO: a beautiful city with lots to see. Put them together and you will not believe the fun you will have rolling around the city of Chicago. City Segway Tours was tops on my list when I was looking for something to do with my two teen aged nephews that would teach them a little bit about our fair city- and keep them engaged. I checked out Yelp and SCORE- a 10% discount if you mention Yelp. I called- talked to a very friendly person who sounded like so much fun on the phone I couldn't wait to give it a try. There are 3 hour daytime tours that run $70 and 2 hour evening tours that run $60 (before the Yelp discount). You meet at their office on Randolph where you are fitted for a helmet- are terrified by all the pitfalls of Segway riding by a safety video (they showed all the ways you can fall and hurt yourself!) and then you are introduced to your machine that you will spend the next three hours attached to. Once everyone in the group masters the basics (trust me- its all about balance) you are off and navigating the streets of Chicago- dodging tourists and bikers and on this particular weekend- all the music lovers at Lollapalloza (gotta love a challenge!). We went south from Randolph down to Northerly Island- stopping, of course to learn a little something about all that Chicago has to offer, Millennium Park, Grant Park, Soldier Field, Adler Planetarium, Shedd Aquarium, Buckingham Fountain, Burnham Harbor, Navy Pier, The Art Museum, and learning about other buildings and structures in the city. We then backtracked along the lake and went to look at the River and the buildings that frame it. Very cool! The amount of distance you get to go is really dependant on those in your group. If everyone gets the hang of the Segway early on- you can make really good time and see more things. Our group was great. About 15 minutes of total training and we were off! You must be 12 to ride and they take a $500 deposit up front on to cover any issues that may arise with the Segway. Bring a credit card as if you put it on your debit card- it will take a while to clear as the bank holds those funds.This deposit is refunded at the conclusion of the tour. The guides are personable, knowledgeable and appreciate tips at the end so come prepared. City Segway Tours also operate in Atlanta, San Francisco, Washington DC, Berlin, Vienna, Budapest, and Paris. Such a cool way to cover alot of territory to learn about a city. And know before you go that you will be standing for 3 hours. Wear the most comfortable and supportive shoes you own as your feet get a work out supporting you and maneuvering the Segway. This review arrives a year later, but better late then never. There were only 3 people on this Segway Tour. And one of the 3 was our tour guide. Dang, there goes the fun of bonding w/a group of strangers. Lucky for the tour guide my friend and I were loud enough to represent a group of people. But the real luck came to us, because our tour guide, Nate, was OFF THE HOOK hilarity. We started by watching a Segway safety video, then put on some nifty rain ponchos they provided since it was a bit drizzly out. We then went outside to learn how to use the darn things. He had to test us to make sure we wouldn't fall on our a55 while on it, at least not on his watch. It took a few minutes to learn how to maneuver and control the Segway, but we were off and rollin in no time. We segwayed, if you will, to the Married w/Chirren Fountain (Buckingham Fountain), Millenium Park and "The Bean", John G. Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, and even more awesomer, (yes I did) we wove in and around Soldier Field. We even stopped at a Chicago Style Hot Dog stand halfway thru the tour to stretch out and get a bite to eat. What I loved the most was Chicago's architecture and public art surrounding the city. Nate was always a helping hand and took a lot of pics of us in front of memorable spots. Aside from learning a bunch about the City of Chicago while on a Segway, we also sang our way through it (the Never-Ending Story, to be exact), acted like we were filming a music video, semi-battled other Segway tours we'd see by mean-mugging them (even if there were only 3 of us), high-fived people on the street, reminisced with retro talk (we all fell in the same age group), laughed so hard in the rain, and took pride that we probably made Nate's tour seem more like we were just hangin out and he wasn't workin at all. (To Nate's Boss: He was TOTALLY working.) If you're teeter-tottering between which Segway Company to choose, don't even think twice about it. You'll have a great time w/City Segway, and you'll get to see all the spots you'd want a postcard of in just a few hours. What a blast! This is a must-do for exploring the city. I'm glad I did this in my first few days here to give me additional ideas of what I wanted to see on my visit here. An excellent deal for $70 + tip for 3 hours and 10 miles of fun! Luke was our awesome tour guide who was so full of interesting historical facts and cool stories, he really made it that much more entertaining. This was my first time on a Segway and being highly uncoordinated, I was a tad nervous, but it's easy provided you follow the instructions on how to be safe. I came here with a group of about 40 coworkers because of a corporate event. We arrived around 4pm. Training (video and practice) took about 30 min, so the actual time cruising around on the Segway was less than 1.5 hours (scheduled 2 hours total). Our tour took us 8 miles around the Grant Park and Soldier Field area. The Segways are initially limited to 6 mph, but they were increased to 10 mph about halfway into the tour, when we were better with them. I managed to fall off twice since I was attempting some crazy maneuvers while blasting along at the max speed, but I was perfectly fine. Our guide, Beth, was really cool and friendly. She was also really knowledgeable about the area, and she answered every question I threw at her. Unfortunately, our group had an accident towards the end, and we had to switch to another guide, who wasn't quite as friendly. Overall, a really fun experience, but a deduction of 1 star due to the second tour guide, 1.5 hour ride time, and speed limiting. read more

City Segway Tours is by far THE BEST place to get a Segway tour in town! These people were exceptionally easy to book a tour with, their customer service was friendly and attentive, and they really seemed genuinely interested in helping us. When we arrived at their facility they had a cute little facility located right by Millennium park that was easy to find. After a quick training session that was helpful (and even pretty funny) followed by a quick introduction we got on the segways! They split us into groups making the tour groups small, which was awesome. Our tour guide was so helpful, patient, and HIGHLARIOUS. I was laughing the whole time whilst learning about Chicago and buzzing around on the very nicely upkept Segway. The tour took us everywhere, to so many interesting places, and I really got a good idea of the city of Chicago and learned things I I hadn't...and I've lived here for 3 months. 9/19/2010 - Update. The manager emailed me and apologized for the miscue on applying the discounts I write about below. The manager made it right by giving me the Yelp discount and the Foursquare discount. The manager went above and beyond because usually only one discount will apply. Kudos to the manager and hopefully they've got their discounting system fixed. I have to say that the Segway tour was great and our tour guide was very good. The low rating I'm giving City Segway is because they don't honor the coupons from Yelp or Foursquare for 10% off the price of the tour. I researched Segway tours on Yelp and decided to go with City Segway. I booked the tour on City Segway's website and I entered the coupon code I received from Yelp. When I entered my credit card information and checked out there was no discount applied. When we arrived at the City Segway office I asked the man behind the counter about the discount and he said he would check with his manager. We arrived for the tour early so I expected to hear something about the discount before we left on the tour. But, in the mean time I checked in at City Segway using the iPhone app Foursquare. When I checked in, Foursquare immediately gave me a 10% off coupon. I showed the coupon to the guy behind the counter. He seemed a bit perturbed at my attempts to get a discount. He brushed me off by saying the discount will show up on my credit card statement. I checked my credit card statement and a discount was not applied. I guess the genius behind the counter at City Segway wasn't smart enough to foresee a bad review on Yelp if he didn't follow through with the discount THEY were offering on Yelp. read more

If you are able to walk on two legs, this is an absolute must! Our tour guide was trying to show us a trick, then he fell off. We were in utter shock when he rolled and was 2 inches away from falling in the icy Great Lakes! (A 100 feet fall!) But! Besides that, this was a very FUN experience! We saw everything from the Bean to the Chicago sky scrapers. We did a practice round balancing in the park and then we were off! A friend and I bumped into each other by accident and then I fell and bruised my leg, BUT it was still so much fun, I would definitely do it again! Perhaps I've done too many Segway tours (this was my 5th) and I've been jaded. My first Segway tour was 2 years ago in DC with City Segway and the company left a fantastic impression on me. I expected Chicago to impress me as well. Nathan was our guide and he was humorous. My biggest gripe is that I was not informed in advance that there would be practically NO explanation of the things were were seeing. It wasn't until the tour started that Nathan said that since we were on the 2 hour tour instead of the 3 hour version, we were basically going to just ride by everything and take some photos. We learned almost nothing on the tour. If I had wanted to just ride around the major sights, I would've just rented a Segway. I'm a Segway addict so I was familiar with how to operate one before I even went on this tour. For everyone else, Nathan spent about half an hour having everyone practice how to go forward, stop, down hills, go faster, etc. The longest Segway training session that I had experienced before was only 10 minutes and trust me, no one got hurt. Given that the tour is only 2 hours, it seemed inefficient to waste 25% of that time on training. Interestingly, even after receiving a half hour session on how the ride the Segway, we were still told to get off the Segway across the street and push it like a lawn mower on the way back to the office. I guess they still didn't trust us? I'm not saying that you should pick a different Segway company over this one. We were told that one of the ex-employees of City Segway started another Segway tour company in Chicago and one of his employees later branched off and started a third. City Segway is the oldest and largest and you're probably no better off with anyone else. read more

A relative was visiting over the summer and there was no way I could get to him to walk around downtown and see the sights. He suggested a Segway tour, I thought.. noo, Segway?! That's for lazy people. Why would I want to rent a motorized thingy and roll around town, that's lame. Not lame at all. Let's talk about cost: 3 hour tour is $70. There is a deposit amount of $500 dollars, once the tour is done the deposit is voided so that the money is readily available back to your credit card. If processed as a refund, that takes time. If you have a group of people or trio of friends, the deposit amount is still only $500 on a single persons credit card. The tour guide starts off by giving a 20 minute crash course in using the Segway, when you go try to find out who the others would be in your group. We went late afternoon and were accompanied by a group of older ladies from Canada all nice ladies but, SO slow in figuring out usage, which ate into our Segway time. Realize, you have to give up your stability to ride this. You have to trust that the Segway will catch you. As long as you move your body and move with the Segway for balance; you'll get a hang of it. I do not ride skateboards or roller skates, it took me a good ten minutes to really get the hang of it. (Like another review stated, it's like learning to walk again) Don't be shy about it, take your time getting used to it and try. It feels like you are rocking on a boat. You'll have a great time. My relative is a big guy over 275 pounds, Segway are a convenient source of entertainment for him and obviously allow him to see alot more in the time it would take to walk. Being as big as he is, he wouldn't be able to walk the distance. One could see the glee in his eyes, able to move at a great speed with us. (I was surprised how much weight that Segway could handle) For any age of person it gives you that freedom of movement. You'll be glad you tried and you'll also look forward to it again. Check out their website for details. 3 hours and they have different paths to follow. The tour that goes through Millennium park, takes you through some less walked paths so that you can play around a bit on the Segway. The machine has two settings, slow and fast, in the time permitted it is possible for you to get used to it and try both settings. It's a ton of fun. Have some care and caution. During our tour a few of the old ladies took a spill. One lady just did not get it, she planted herself in a wall, it hurt to watch. Even my big relative, who got too into the speed and forgot how to stop, too a body dive into the cement. It's a balance game. Tourist or not it's worth checking out. Riding them is fun and once you've got a handle you won't pay attention to your tour. The tours only run when weather permits, they don't operate in snow or rain. Let it be known that this is a baised review: I am a tour guide for City Segway Tours on the weekends. I just want to share the experience that my patrons have. Most people get on on of these things and they're terrified. It's like learning how to walk all over again. But by the end of the tour, 95% of the people don't want to get off. I've had people from 18 to 68 on my tours and they've all had a blast. We hit most of the major landmarks along the lakefront and (unfortunately) the time just flies by. That's about all I can really say without tooting my own horn at being a very entertaining tour guide (oh there I go. toot!) But every tour guide I've worked with here is great too, as well as the hostesses with the mostesses. You'll have a great time; trust me. I've done the City Segway tours as a participant and a former guide. I did my first Segway trip as a participant as a part of a birthday gift. We had John as a tour guide and he's amazing. He's incredibly knowledgeable about Chicago and Chicago landmarks. Ask for John when booking the tour, he's the best. Also, he taught the Segway very well and made everyone in the group feel comfortable with the experience. This was at the Adler Planetarium location where you had to move the Segways up on a freight elevator. I became a guide last summer and had a mixed experience. I loved giving tours and hanging out explaining what it was all about. However, there were some internal problems. Management has changed since, so hopefully things have changed for better. There's a reason why this place has a 5 star rating. They are the originators without a viable imitator in the area. Very organized, competitively priced and groups small enough for you to get some personalized attention. We saw parts of Chicago, we would never cover on foot and you couldn't drive through. Millennium Park, Grant Park, Planetarium, Aquarium & Soldier Field to name a few. I didn't think there was enough sites to see in 2 hours, but after the trip I felt I saw Chicago in a whole new light. I wish I could have rented one daily, since it's a different perspective to view on. The tour guides were knowledgeable and funny. Was in town for the weekend and wanted something touristy yet different. Debated between the architectural boat tour and the Segway tour and made the right choice. Went on the tour with Tommy as our guide. Not only was being on a Segway lots of fun (think mall cop) but Tommy was incredibly knowledgeable and shared some great stories and history on Chicago. We surprised our friend for her 31st birthday. I wanted to do something random and unexpected, and wowzer was she surprised. There were 9 of us, and they let us all stick in one group. Matt led us, and individually showed all of us how to use the crazy segway. I was super nervous at first, but its totally true, and you get comfortable within 10 minutes. We had a blast! Went through Millennium Park, down Lake Shore and through the Museum campus, into sol Field, and back. Along the way, Matt told us info about this great city of ours, most of which I never knew before - the Mussolini column, and what a bastard Balbo was, and how they need to change the name of the street if the Olympics come. Huh, never knew that before! Anyway, it was so fun, and it was smiles and laughs all the way! My boyfriend has been dying to do one of these for a while now, so I gave him this excursion for his birthday. I'm so glad I went with City Segway based on all the great yelp reviews! It's a little weird doing a segway tour of your own city, especially when you're riding around your own neighborhood primarily and that part of it can get a little annoying. But that is certainly no fault of the tour operators! Our tour guide was friendly, funny and engaging and tried to cater the tour to the interests of all of the people riding with us (I think there were 8 of us total). The tour itself was pretty cool, taking us down to Soldier Field (where you actually get to go in the stadium, at least in past the ticket gates, and ride around the lower deck) and the planetarium. Riding the segway itself was a lot of fun. It's a LOT of standing though so wear comfortable shoes! Even in comfy shoes, my feet were killing me by the end. Great time! We watched a short video and then we were on our way. Our guide freddy was real nice. a bit enthusiastic, but friendly and very tour-guide-y. This was hands down my favorite part of my first trip to Chicago! I am so glad I decided to do this. I took my parents along with us and at first I was really hesitant as I didn't know if they'd be able to handle the Segway, especially my mom. But she was a champ and she was ready to go from the very start. It got off a little bumpy, but within 10 mins she was on her way. So there is no age discrimination to these things. As my guide puts it, if you can stand, you've passed the basic criteria for Segway riding. It was soo super fun and effortless. Our guide was super nice and threw out many interesting Chicago facts. A three hour guided tour through some of downtown's most famous and breathtaking scenery for $70 a person is probably something of a bargain. He even paused to take a few good group shots for us along the way. As we passed people on the streets we heard many buzzing and whispers of "oh, that looks soo fun, we should do that!" And yes you should! NO trip to Chicago should be complete without doing the Segway tour. They operate in a few other cities worldwide and already I know this is definitely going to be on the agenda when I visit the other cities. Got this as a birthday gift. Had to reschedule it- which wasn't a hassle at all and ended up with the very basic Chicago lakefront tour as a result of our scheduling constraints. We weren't expecting much as natives but were excited to try something different. Our guide was great- took the time to train us on the Segway and get our proper "sea legs" before we were on our way! We didn't learn a whole lot new about the city but the experience of driving a Segway and moving around in that manner was an amazingly fun time. We are definitely looking for an excuse to go again soon, maybe when our next guest is in town. A word of caution: this is not for everyone. I was rather frightened the first few minutes, until I got used to the sensitivity of the machine, it it pretty powerful and can do some serious damage. They see me rollinnn, they hatinnn.... Decided to be a tourist in my own city last weekend, and if you're going to be a tourist, you might as well get a segway. Go big or go home. Word of mouth told me that City Segway was the best tour company in the city, so I decided to book with them. I had heard great things about one of their tour guides, Clark, and wanted to book a tour with him. Unfortunately, he was not available the day I went. It ended up being a blessing in disguise as I was sent on a tour with Tammie, who ended up being an awesome tour guide. She was so knowledgable about Chicago, that I was shocked to hear she was originally from Tennessee. I was even more shocked that a Tennessee girl was using a segway...I thought the only wheels women used in Tennessee involved double wide trailers and baby strollers ;). All in all, it was a great experience. The segways were a little awkward at first, but became very natural as the tour went on, and they sure beat the hell out of walking. The ages in our group ranged from people in their 20s to people in their 60s, so anyone can pick it up. I also learned a lot of fun facts about Chicago that I didn't know before in my 13 mile (crazy) trek around Grant Park and the museum campus. The Segway is one of those things that I have always thought dorky but secretly wanted to try. So, when my friend requested this for his birthday, I was happy to humor him. Although certainly dorky looking, actually riding a Segway around the city was a lot of fun. We had fun run down pedestrians and speeding (12 mph) down the park spaces. My friend got in trouble for turning his Segway speed setting up with out permission. He also fell off the curb, which was hilarious. So, I suppose Segwaying is not without some dangers. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable and looked vaguely like Richard Gere. Both my friend, a native Chicagoan, and myself managed to learn at least one new fact. Had a great time with my daughter yesterday. Our guide, Tara, is a very likeable and supportive tour leader: she was empathetic enough to know what we needed before we needed it. She very effectively trained both of us, gave us lots of options to customize the tour to what we wanted to see, and was fun. A great spirit. The equipment was top notch and the process was easy and efficient. I highly recommend these guys. One caveat - there are a lot of operators around there. We accidentally walked into the wrong place. I mean, yeah, every time we saw someone on a segway I thought "what a lazy betch!" haha but noooo! It's so exhilarating, fun and a very interesting way to see a gorgeous city! We wouldn't have been able to see as much of Chicago if we did not do the segway tour. We went through parks, the fountain, the stadium, the shore and the different great architectural sights in Chicago. So... getting on and off the segway is not as easy as it looks. But once you got it, you're nearly a damn pro! We were weaving in and out of crowds and acting like the New Kids on the Block. What made the tour great and why we'll go back to City Segway Tours in other cities? Our tour guide Kelsey was phenomenal. She had a great persona, super funny and so easy to chat with. She made us smile the whole time, even though our feet were KILLING us! The price? 60 bucks. For all these people complaining about it being pricey, get over it. It is what it is. I loved this tour! The Segways were super fun. I was a little scared about operating the Segway at first, but the guide was a great teacher and patient. He was also funny and informed about Chicago. It was great covering so much ground and learning lots of fun Chicago facts. I would definitely do this again in another city. Wear comfortable shoes! read more

But we were short on time so we hoofed it up the road to the Segway tour company. It was in the bottom of a large office/residential building taking up just a small area in the front. It looks as if they can accommodate more than 12 riders at a time on the tour. But our tour was really cool and only had 4 people. The tour was scheduled for 3 hours but the first 15 minutes are set aside for training and since we only had 4 people the training went quick. We had done a small segway trial in Walt Disney World he didn't really go into too much depth with us. The couple we were with were from New Zealand and were the Team Captain/Coaches. They got the orientation first and the tour guide seemed to really take his time with the wife. Maybe she seemed a little less confident or had communicated some concerns before hand because he really was slow and deliberate in his communication with her. And a little less with the husband but still detail oriented. Ly and I on the other hand were pretty much given three steps and let loose. The Segway was pretty easy to control and probably the most intuitive device I have ever used. So from the building we headed down into the park toward the famous fountain. Sadly the fountain was under repairs so was not in its full display of show. In fact it was pretty much dead. No movie moments here for us. Anyway from there we tooled through the park to these strange "pants" sculptures. We were able to ride in between for a bit and then we were on our way again. Our next stop was Soldier Field. Really cool stadium. We were able to go about around it but not completely inside...but still were able to get up next to it. Going again this time we went in front of the Field Museum and out onto the old abandoned airstrip near the Chicago Convention Center. HUUUUUGE building...didn't actually get to go by it, but it was impressive. When we got to the end of the old airstrip we had an excellent view of the City. A great photo op and a great place for a small, very small break. He said that this isn't usually on the tour if time is tight because the distance is time consuming. But with only 4 on the tour..we were able to get out here...and really this made the tour. Great views of the city and just so cool to be this close but this far away and I would have never have wanted to walk all this way in the very cold wind. From the airstrip we made our way past the Adler Planetarium and stopped for a Chicago Dog. Boy was this one better than the one we got at Wrigley. Full of flavor and pop. If this was a Chicago Dog...I love it. And no...I didn't put ketchup on it. Then past the Shedd Aquarium and back past Millennium park. Oh wait!! The fountain is on!! Back down to the fountain for some pics before they turn it off again. It wasn't at full blast but it did work out for what we wanted. Then back to the tour. We stopped at some video screen fountain and watched the lights. We weren't able to go check out the bean in the park while on the Segways...so we were just pointed in the direction the Bean is in and then headed to the final destination on our tour.....but before we got there...Ly' caught the Fountain AGAIN spewing but this time in "full blast" mode. Pretty cool even though it was from over a mile away. And finally back up to the office to return our Segways. Sadly we turned them in but were really glad we did. The tour was the highlight of the trip for me. Even better than the food. The city of Chicago is a wonderfully clean and welcoming place. I'm sure it's an expensive monster to maintain...but so far it is really well maintained. As for City Segway Tours. I loved em. And glad I went with them. read more

I would recommend that people try this out at least once. It's much more fun than it looks. Like most skeptics, I have thought it all (they look goofy, why not just walk or bike, what a waste of time). But since the bf really wanted to go, I decided to book us a tour. Luckily the weather was nice out. It can get a bit chilly near the lake so I would bring a sweater just in case. You also take some breaks so some water and snacks would be a good thing to bring. WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES! You'd be surprised how sore your feet get just from standing... The machine moves at the slighest shift of weight which is both awesome and scary. You get enough time on the tour where you will feel very comfortable with the machine at the end. I was amazed at how far we went. BRING SOME CASH. It didn't occur to me that I needed cash but I really wanted to tip my tour guide at the end. He was super friendly, funny and awesome. read more

Meadow is the best tour guide ever! We took the three hour tour that gave us a great intro to the parks, riverfront and museums of Chicago. We stopped at many great view spots to snap pictures and learn a little about Chicago. Our group had prior Segway experience so we had virtually no training time which allowed us to go down around Soldier field as well. We have done Segway tours in other cities and City Segway Tours has been the best we have toured with. Prior tour guides were a bit cranky. City Segway Tours was professional, safe and fun. We took this tour 2 years ago and recently tried out another company is Chicago which was horrible so I thought I'd write a review about how great this company was. We started out the Cancer Survivor's Garden, went through Millenium park and learned great facts about Chicago along the tour. They took us off "turtle" or slow mode for a bit on the tour so we could ride faster and test out the segways which was really fun!! We also went down the museum campus, back up the lake shore and then through Grant Park and the Lakeshore east park. The tour was really thorough and really gives a great tour for out-of-towners so they can see all the downtown park and lake front attractions. Our guide was a lot of fun and very conversational. I would highly recommend this tour over all the others currently available!!!! read more

A few friends and I took the Segway tour last weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday. Since we are all Chicago natives, we figured it would be good to play tourist and do something exciting and fun. Boy were we in for a treat! We had a blast! The segway of course is a bit intimidating initially, but after getting training and feeling more comfortable we had the time of our lives. Nothing is better than Chicago in the Summertime. To be able to check out so much of it in a couple of hours with a cool breeze blowing as you whiz by folks milling around downtown is really something you MUST do. There are a lot of segway companies on Randolph, but be sure you reserve at THIS company and ask for Bridget. She's SUCH a patient, funny, and cool guide. Highly recommended! read more

My wife and I did the tour today. Russell was our guide. We were apprehensive before we went. Never been on a Segway before. We were trained thoroughly and got comfortable with the machine quickly. We took a 12 mile tour of the city from a new vantage point on the Segway. It was very fun, very relaxing, and a great value. Russell was very entertaining and informative. Thanks Paul! For $70 we got a 3 hour tour with lots of fun facts, took some terrific pictures of all the landmarks, and we had a blast doing it. Absolutely terrific value.
