Leading up to the day we needed her to take out the pup, we set up a meet and greet so Fiona knew where to go, address any questions or concerns and also get familiar with the dog. On the day, I got videos and messages from Fiona saying how much fun the pup had in the park with the pooches. Her rates are competitive and totally reasonable. While she doesn't normally service the Strathbungo/Queens Park area, if you are in the Hamilton area Fiona is brilliant. The pup and I are forever grateful to her, when others have proved to be unhelpful or unreliable.

we have used corkys k9 grooming services for the past 6 years, and our two dogs love it, previously…read morewe had taken them to various different dog grooming shops and dogs always traumatised for weeks afterwards, once we discovered corkys we have never used anyone else, we have two large bearded collies, and they are strong dogs which can be a bit of a handfull, irene our groomer handels them brilliantly and when they are all cut, washed, cut, groomed and smelling lovely, they come back into house with a wee chew bar treat and wagging their tails. not one in over 6 years have we ever been dissatisfied with this service. thanks irene xx

Took my dog up to Woodhall Kennels today as i had booked him in for a couple of days as my other…read moredog is in season. Dropped him off with no issues as i have used them before in the past, gets a call 15 minutes later asking me to come back up and get him as he had a pinch collar on, which they couldn't get off, and we don't want him in our kennels. Now those that have knowledge of dogs and understand what this collar is would know that they do less harm than a normal choke chain. Going by other complaints about these kennels I surely will NOT be using them again as i would rather leave my beloved pets with someone that knows what they are doing. A very irate ex customer.

(they say dogs can sense things so he obviously knew he was in good hands) Lisa updated us with how he was doing both through messages and photos which was great! Spike was well looked after and came out fresh and clean as he had been bathed aswell which was 1 less job for me when I got him home. Would definitely recommend woodhall kennels 5*. Rob and Graham at Dog Steady have been our dog walkers for over a year now and we are incredibly…read morehappy with them. From the initial meet and greet walk they have been superb. They're complete professionals and you can tell they truly love the animals. Rob has been Sadie's walker and has done a fantastic job helping us train her with her recall. It is so much more fun for the dog and us to be able to let her off her lead so that she can enjoy chasing her ball or playing with other dogs. These days the only time she is on her lead is if she is currently close to traffic. I don't think we would have been as confident in having her off the lead as quickly as we were without Robs help. As an additional service they also do Doggie boarding. This is not kennels, the dogs stay in their house and from the photos I've seen they hog their sofa :) They only take one or sometimes two dogs per night so it can book up fast. Advanced booking is recommended.

I phoned first to ask some questions about prices, how they manage the dog during/after grooming etc and I am afraid to say that they were not the friendliest of people. My dog is a cross, so I could not say 'it is a dalmation/labrador etc when she asked what breed. She got a bit huffy and said she coudl not give a price over the phone even though I had said just an estimate would be good and said the dog was about the same size as a collie. Not overly friendly again when I brought the dog in which is worrying as you love your dog and want reassured they will be nice peole and will treat your dog well when you are not there. On pick up the dog looked great, well groomed and she went through what had been done. I think the palce is ok, and am sure they would be nice to your dog, but perhaps they need to look at improving their customer service?

Having seen other dog walkers with large groups of dogs running ragged around the park I rest assured at work that when my dog is out not only is he continuing with his puppy training but that he is having fun and is safe in the extremely capable hands of Lisa. I often can also catch a sneak peek at their walk with Lisas Facebook updates and whenever there is any worries or concerns over my dog Lisa is straight on the phone to ensure that I am made aware and that my dog is treated like the little star he is. I couldn't recommend Lisa enough, you would be making the right decision in using Lisa for your dog walking and puppy visit needs.

Around 6 vets work here along with nurses and assistants. They are open until 7pm on most evenings. The practice is clean and tidy and they operate an efficient service to ensure that you are seen as quickly as possible, especially if you pet is really unwell. The advice is offered in laymans terms in order for anyone to understand what is going on. All staff are very helpful and most of them have worked there for a long time. I think that it is nice that they call their pet by their own name eg, rover and add their surname on when they are being called for their appointment. I feel as if the pets they treat are in safe hands.
