Wont be returning because after giving specific instructions of how i wanted my dog groomed and…read morespecifying more than once how i did not want her cut ie the square jaw look, bushy tail not stringy, body cut short,, i returned to find none of the specifications had been met. Her jaw cut square, body hair left long, ears cut too short, tail stragly not bushy. Resulting in 2 weeks time another groom will have to be paid for. Ended up having to cut some of the face hair myself the next day. Therefore not value for mo ey, just as well my dog is cute enuf to wear a bad haircut for a couple of weeks. Very expensive wash and blow dry at 31 pounds

The Place really needs full overhaul, it's dirty, it's smelly ( not just from the dogs being washed) the front of the shop needs a total revamp and all the broken shop fittings put in the skip. Taking on way to many dogs at the one time isn't a goods way to instil confidence to some owners. I counted 6 while I was there !! Clearly this Is a money before anything else venture. I wouldn't return and I certainly couldn't and don't recommend to anyone.
