His wife however, was an absolute delight and no doubt a saint. Because of a broken window, we got an encore visit. This time with my wife. I was actually concerned and he did not disappoint. Complete jerk. A tiny example...my wife says something about how nice the windows are and how dirty they were, He mutters "that's what you get for living by a lake". Anyway, you've been warned. We have had other vendors try to remove it however they were successful. I tried Dawn dish soap and a scrub brush attachment on a drill and got some decent results. I reached out to Kahuna and requested an in person appointment through their website. I received a text stating they received it and would schedule. I received several texts about the date and them coming by, I reiterated, several times, that I wanted to be there when they stopped by to discuss the issues we were having. No response, no one showed up, we have cameras on the property and know if anyone approached the house....no one came. The next day I received a bid via email for standard house washing and and additional line item stating the option to acid wash the house and pricing was on a per square foot basis. no total cost, no price, just a open line item. Then I started getting emails about scheduling the work. They ignored my request to meet on site. They didn't even show up on site. It is as if I am being told...screw you just give us your money. Why would anyone want to do business with them when you are treated like that? I have unsubscribed, twice now, from their automated emails and text messages. Hopefully they will stop today.

They stayed top of mind and that's what ended up making the difference! The team member arrived behind the provided schedule, but wasn't a problem. Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. It would be great to have the onsite team member get our contact info. He was quick, efficient and professional - and the windows look amazing! We were long overdue and now are excited to be able to clearly see out. Makes the house feel so clean!

They have traditionally been more cost effective than some competitors. This year they started the job and came back with a price hike to finish the job which was nearly a thousand more to do the job. They are no longer cost effective. When I balked at the change of life quote (remember they have been doing it for a few years) they immediately sent me invoices for work to date in email and text and followed it up just days later with a second invoice. I guess billing is more important than customer service. Had they only been as diligent with customer service I might not be writing this

Their services (cleaning rooftop dryer vents)…read morewas contracted through our townhome association management company (Network Management Daniel Gay property manager.) I requested our property manager to have WOH come back and clean up excessive lint on my and my neighbor's roof. Property manager reported he could not "get a hold of anyone" at the company. I finally called the company directly and spoke to Ann/Anna? and left a message for the owner to call me. That phone call to the company was answered on the second ring. So I might conclude the property manager at my association never made an attempt to contact WOH. After no response to my phone call directly to the business, I wrote my original YELP review. Truth be told, owner of WOH states he was never contacted by the management company. NOT SURPRISED BY THAT! I saw the owner posted a note on my original Yelp review yesterday. We have now spoken by phone and he has committed to make things right. Thank you Eric for the follow up . Messages do sometimes get missed. Thank you for your response and sorry that our management company may not have been truthful about having made the follow up request.

Their technician, Natalie, came out and did excellent work. She was faster than expected, figured out several broken/stuck windows or screens, and had the office adjust our pricing when she realized we had less storm windows than they knew when giving us a quote. Talk about great value and ethical business practices! We would use WOH again, and would absolutely request Natalie!
