Great and very professional work I drive a semi truck and I high-centered the trailer on a crossover on Highway 93 and in doing so blocked the left northbound lane . Had they pulled this out wrong it would have decapitated my valve and dumped 27 tons of dry powder cement on the road. They secured the damaged part of the trailer pulled me out without doing more damage and I was able to drive it back to my companies mechanic. This could have gone very wrong in so many ways. Truck towing a small fifth blows a radiator hose 70 miles from Kingman AZ as the sun goes down. Call AAA and Travis shows up with a rig that can handle both vehicles. Great guy with lots of experience. Once we were hooked up and we climbed out of the furnace into his refrigerated cab, he had water and good conversation for us. Being from Washington, we had no knowledge of local shops except for Yelp reviews. He confirmed our choice (Holden's), got our vehicles situated and took us to our hotel. Now no one wants a breakdown on their way to Vegas but 50 miles out of Kingman that was us. We called a couple of places but city towing was the only one that was able to tow us from where we were at. We had the driver named Blake and he was awesome. We learned that Kingman is a very small town Blake was very kind and courteous and made us feel very safe. The price was pretty reasonable and he told me how to go about getting my insurance company to reimburse the tow. read more

We were broke down in our semi truck in Las Vegas and couldn't get a local tow down to Tolleson, AZ Inland Kenworth. Our dispatch found City Towing out of Kingman and with them on the phone he relayed they were quoting around $2,000 for the tow, he asked us if we could do that. We agreed. City Towing did come. Manny was a very nice person but he told me from the get go once we were rolling and on the tow truck that they didn't work like that and we'd just see. This tow was done in two tows, down to Kingman and then the next day done to Tolleson. Our total bill was over $3,000, that is way over quoted price. I called to complain about the bill and he asked what made the tow take so long, and I told him that he drove roughly 35 mph with once in a while hitting 45. He told us he got paid per hour and he milked it for all he could get. We worked for another company and actually had the same tow take place and we were charged $1850. I don't understand why we had to pay over $1,000 over the quoted price. I wouldn't use them again when they can't honor what said. Also, his boss who said he would check into it and get back to us, never did! ZERO response! read more

My husband was broken down on the side of the road and they told him 30 mins , after an hr passed by he repeatedly called and called and kept getting the same response . 4hrs later they showed up after he has been sitting in the hot sun with no water dangerously on the side of the road . These guys were awesome! I was on a trip from Los Angeles to Oklahoma, and then on to Wyoming before heading back to California. I went in to fill gas at a gas station, when dummy me locked my keys in the car. I called AAA who ended up being a huge letdown. They sent me to a different towing company who also couldn't help me. They sent me to City Towing. I had been stuck for about an hour by now, if not longer. The gentleman at City Towing both the man that answered the phone were both awesome. I couldn't thank them enough. They got me back on the road at a reasonable price. They both really cared about customer service and went above and beyond. We broke down on New Year's day heading out of Kingman. England promptly and cheerfully answered or call for help. They worked to help us resolve our dilemma without trying to offer us services we didn't need. The tow succeed quickly. Our van was loaded and unloaded efficiently. Being one of the busiest day of the year, the staff was not stressed and really went above and beyond to accommodate us. The issue was quickly diagnosed. Parts were ordered the next morning and the staff got right to work at 8am. What should've been a couple hour water pump change turned into an all day project as a result of salt rusted parts. I've had problems with this place since day one. Someone called and said I abandoned my 5th wheel and had it towed. When that said person who illegally had my 5th wheel towed. Gave me the info on where my 5th wheel was. When it was taken off her property I was out of town for work, just a few days. I would never ever abandoned my cats that were in the 5th wheel at the time they towed it and let alone I would never just leave my property abandoned. So I get ahold of this company demanding they let me in to get my cats. The lady at the front desk was very rude and said I couldn't and there was a 50 dollar gate fee!! Cody returned my call about this and said if there was cats he will let me in to get them but i wasn't a loud to take my property out of the 5th wheel. Now my work equipment is in there w iPads and so on. So I grab my cats and I tried to lock my 5th wheel while it was on his yard for safety measures. He told me I wasn't aloud to lock it! So after a week of trying to get the unnecessary fees together for this tow yard to be able to reclaim my property. I finally get my 5th wheel back and behold it was broken into and all my WORK equipment is gone, jewelry box stolen which contained my grandmothers jewelry. She is no longer with us. My kids gaming things, clothes, all there Christmas gifts gone and my novelty items!!! Why and why. I bring it to there attention, they say let me check our cameras we might have them on that! Nope they claimed the cameras wasn't working that day!! I contact the police, then about a month later I finally get the police report. In the police report it says that the tow yard went inside my property and they found items you would use to self medicate. Like they assumed nobody has a MMJ card!! Get real AZ! So it leaves the tow yard in my 5th wheel and responsible for everything that was stolen. The BBB knows of this. Please people if you don't want false allegations against you and your belongings stolen. Do not give this place any short of service. read more

Tom saved me. A blowout, a call to my roadside assistance folks and they tell me England Towing will be there in about 25 minutes to change the tire. About 3 minutes later, Tom, England Towing, pulled up. He was so careful with my car even though the running boards made him use my little rinky dink jack that came with the car rather than his "industrial strength" jack. I couldn't have been happier.
