I personally struggled to find deep, authentic community here and felt that the social environment could be quite cliquey. Additionally, I personally felt the Sunday teachings leaned toward half-truths rather than the deep, fully transparent biblical messages my soul was looking for. Annual "Living Cross" Easter drama is performed the three weekends before Easter. Upward basketball for the elementary aged children. Many wonderful singles, young adults, families and older adults. Very diverse cultures and nationalities. Strong support for local outreach, as well as, domestic and international missions. Pastor Moore is no longer at this church he is now serving God in Texas, but while he was there he did make it clear to be respectful to the neighbors and to the people who live on that street.
