Granted, you can usually find the best deals online but if you're not totally web savvy it's wise to use an agent and Flight Centre is as good a place as any to book a holiday. Flight prices are actually quite competitive and the staff are blessed with the patience of saints. Flight Centre is just the place for technophobes to book a sojourn away during the current doom and gloom.

Extensive knowledge,…read moreexceptional access to travel products which other so so agents won't even know about and proactive customer service which not only thinks for you, but is also responsive and geared up to the challenges which the customer faces and will not dictate to you. Their itinerary format is second to none - states clearly what check-in times are applicable for the flights which YOU will be taking (i.e. done the thinking for you), tells you which terminal, which type of aircraft (bonus info if you or your boss object to certain types e.g. propeller engines) and if the flight is operated on a codeshare basis, which airline will actually be flying that flight. The itinerary is also produced in MS Word format for those who want to add their own info/further notes. I don't know of any other travel agent who does that. Reed Mac costs, on the face of it, quite a bit more but really, what you get back is so much more!! Go to Expedia if you need to count your pennies in real terms and if you have time to do all the work yourself and can put up with the grief of getting little to no service.

The service was fantastic and booking was a breeze but the real thumbs up came when we arrived, Golden Sands had recommended the ideal place, it couldn't have been more perfect, they had advised the resort that it was our honeymoon and we were treated to lots of little extra's which really made our stay extra special! Superb friendly service, will be using them again and would definitely recommend!
A beautiful spiritual experience from the start of the tour till the end…read more Ibadah tours were extremely organised, very professional and helpful. They provided a 5 star service, which helped us enjoy our time in the 2 holy cities, Medinah and Makkah. The hotels were of a high standard and close to the 2 holy mosques. The lectures that were provided by Ustad Asim Khan, were insightful and helped us understand what we were experiencing in the 2 cities, but also gave us a better understanding of our deen and the life of our Prophet p.b.u.h. The trips that Ibadah Tours provided, were great as they also gave more insight into our deen. All the tour leaders, Brother Aidurus, Brother Ali, Sister Rizwana and Ustad Asim Khan were wonderful and were able to help with any query or issues we had. A big thank you to all for all your help with our elderly mother in easing her worries and helping her to enjoy her 1st time experiencing the holy cities and in completing her Umrah. May Allah reward you all for your efforts and I pray we will be able to join you again in the future. A wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Ibadah Tours. A big thank you to all. Our driver was good, took us through safely and did not feel like a wild bus ride. Very professional all around. If you can get Alan you should! He was awesome. Really made our day and helped us resolve a booking error. It was really nice to see them going above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic trip. The coach was very smooth as well. The onboard bathroom was clean as well as the interior of the bus. They give you plenty of time to enjoy yourself on the venture without being rushed as well. Really couldn't have asked for a better day or service! It was worth every penny! I'd certainly book with them again for the next site I'm trying to see. Stonehenge was a really cool and historic sight to see. It's really well done and is a "well-oiled machine". It's easy to still loss time though so be mindful. Also take the shuttle! It's not worth a walk you can do just about anywhere. Get up and enjoy the sight! Also don't expect to walk through it and touch the stones; they simply allow you to get very close and take nice photos but you don't walk through and touch or meditate there. There's active staff there to ensure safety and compliance which is more than fine! We all want it to last so it's no problem. We got wonderful shots and we're in awe the whole time! Well worth checking off our bucket list Bath was also amazing! Really feels like you've gone somewhere + back in time The drop off is right next to the museum and the city is easy to walk. Great food all around. Would recommend the the Filipino -+ British Bbq tent off to your left just past the Muesum! That food was divine! I wish I brought more with me and back on the bus. So good Def worth the journey and even a stay over there. I felt like we were in Good hands the whole way with this team! Thank you so very much for the hard work you guys put in and for everyone else who works hard behind the scenes for this to happen. Wonderful service & great time! This tour has really made my time in London a great one and the hospitality I received truly warmed my heart. Good people, honest and even fun on the ride! The jokes were funny to me for sure and was quite entertained while being educated where I was and what history belonged here. Book with them! You won't regret it!
Absolutely loved fitting in a day trip to Paris during our week-long vacation in London. Having the…read moreright guide at your side is crucial for this adventure, as navigating the Eurostar bullet train system can be overwhelming and lead to getting lost. Having Anna from Premium Tours was the piece of mind we needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable day. Anna was knowledgeable about Paris and engaged us by asking questions, making the tour more engaging. Our day began with a warm welcome at LE PAIN QUOTIDIEN, a cozy coffee shop located inside the train station. Here, we received our train tickets and went through the Eurostar system to scan our passports and belongings. Once inside the train, we met our tour guide, Anna, who was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions about our meeting point outside the train in Paris at the Gare du Nord. Upon arriving in Paris, we boarded a spacious, air-conditioned tour bus that took us to various locations. Our itinerary included a panoramic sightseeing tour of Paris, a relaxing 1-hour canal cruise by Bateaux Parisiens along the Seine River, a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower, and a delightful 3-course lunch with wine at the Eiffel Tower restaurant (if an upgrade option was chosen). We also had ample time for shopping near the Louvre Pyramid. A tip for the canal cruise: the best seats are on the top deck on the left-hand side. You'll get breathtaking views of Notre-Dame Cathedral of Paris!

Narayan and his team did a wonderful job at it. We had plenty of instructions before the start of the trip and during the trip itself, so that we could be physically and mentally prepared for it. Actually, the trip turned out to be much less strenuous than what we had anticipated. Full credit for it goes to the excellent facilities provided and the very helpful and courteous support staff. Eleven support staff for 28 members is a very good ratio. Accommodation along the way were the best available. We had been informed prior to the start of the trip that some stops in Tibet had only basic accommodation. Actually, they all exceeded our expectations and we were pleasantly surprised to see very clean rooms and bedding everywhere. The 4-star hotels in Kathmandu and Saga were as good as any in the Western world, and probably as expensive as well. The rapid rate of improvements in roads and hotels along the way may mean that in future this trip will have such hotels at all stops. As usual in tours of this kind, the whole party of members and staff became like a big family. I am sure that many of them will maintain the links and communication well into the future. We would be excited if any of the members, who were all London-based, or the Kathmandu and Tibet based staff would visit us in the Land Down Under. "We will slip an extra shrimp on the barbie for you!" Thank you again and congratulations to Narayan and the Lumle team for a well organised trip of a lifetime. We highly recommend Lumle for this and other tours they operate. And, I wish Suraj Sharma success in joining a Masters program in Australia. Kind Regards Siva

We had booked in a group so it worked out approximately E1200 for 2 adults and two children. Return flights to and from Malaga, Spain add extra E500. The ship was fantastic 14 stories, casinos, bars, cinema, adult only pool, huge communal deck/pool area, 5 jaccuzzis I'll enclose a link so you can check it out. http://bookings.royalcaribbean.co.uk/findacruise/cruiseDetails/itinerary.do?hasSenior=&hasMilitary=&hasFireandPolice=&cruiseType=CO&state=&packageCode=AD07M154&date= We sailed overnight to Valencia, spent several hours taking in the sights kids loved it. Spent the following day sailing to Cittevecia, Italy 100km from Rome. Bartered with a local taxi driver to take 8 adults and two teens and baby and buggy into Rome for the day they started at 400 euro and we bargained a deal for 240euro return. The drivers spoke very little english but he had enough about him to know where we needed to go. He dropped u at the Vatican doors and came back two hours later, then to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Colleseum, Venician square, then we arranged to eat at a little family restausrant, then he brought us the the top of Rome to have an overview of the city. absolutely spectacular. and returned us to our ship with an hour to spare. Next day Livorno, we got advice from a local tourist information to get the no.1 bus to the train station (10mins) and then one train stop (20min) to Pisa. Walked for about 2km to the wonderful sight that is Pisa. Kids where tired of sightseeing so we didnt go on to Florence and decided to stay in Livorno and shop in the markets for trinkets. Next day sailed to Ajaccio, Corsica, I took the tour bus (90mins at 10euro), well worth it for the picturesque views while herself and the kids shopped in the beautiful markets and took a few hours on the spotless beaches, and ice blue seas. Ajaccio is beautiful but expensive but there was no cost on transfers or travel as the ship docks in the harbour 15mins walk to the center of the town. Spent the night and following day sailing back to Malaga. The Staff on board are all excellent and well trained in customer service, no request goes unanswered and if it can be done it will be done (sometimes at your expense) The food is constant and the variety is overwhelming at times. The drink is purchased via and onboard credit system which you can monitor on your tv each night to keep track of your spend. The entertainment is not always free but take advantage of what is free. 2 nights of the seven night cruise are formal dress so be prepared. I will definitely be going on a cruise again and it was a fantastic experience. I cannot rate it five stars because of the hidden extras like casino, excursions and so forth but it has prepared me well for the next cruise I take which wont be too long now........and definitely with Royal Caribbean. Big shout out to Rachel in entertainment, Bruce our Cabin man, and Lisa at reception all added to making our holiday a very memorable one. http://www.royalcaribbean.co.uk/our-ships/voyager-class/adventure-of-the-seas/#tab-16-4612
