Sam, a manager excelled himself, it was a pleasure to speak with him on several occasions, There was a lot of tooing and froing with my contacts at THL as there were several flights and trips involved in my booking, it took a while to get my itinerary in place which I couldn't have done without the knowledgeable, very helpful & friendly consultants.
