She not only squeezed me in with less than 24 hrs notice even though we'd never met but she was so sweet and cut and colored my hair with expedience and masterful skill. We were really placed in a bad spot. The girl that "did" my hair spent less than 5 minutes with me and charged me $60. I had to stop on the way back to the hotel and buy hair products so I could wash and do my own hair. Overall, the worst salon experience I have ever had in my life. The staff is very nice and the place is being renovated. The price was higher than expected, but I was happy to pay it for a good service. My eyebrows are in tact, however I have burns under them that were painful and are now scabbing. I came in here trying to better my appearance but left feeling insecure. When I called to let them know, I got nothing more than an "Aw I'm sorry, put aloe on it". I was expecting a refund; this isn't like a restaurant getting your food wrong,I was hurt. I'm a college student so the 17$ including tip was a lot for me to pay when it's typical 10$ for threading.
