Shelia, who was working the entrance, walked me through the options and how everything (coffee bar, wash, vacuum) worked. It was such a fun experience and the car came out SPOTLESS! After the wash, I stopped briefly at the vacuuming station, but noticed there were separate detailing stations available. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely consider a membership.

When I told the workers there about what happened, they said I would have to go through the car wash again. I asked for a manager and the worker said they weren't available. When I told the attendant about it when I went back around, she said they had a lot of that because they were so busy. She didn't apologize and seemed to be put out that I complained. I know the workers there are young, but they really need to brush up on their customer service skills.

I came here around 10:30am on a Saturday and there were a few stalls opened to wash my car. I…read morechose this location because I thought this place wouldn't be as busy as the other Dr. Spotless Car Wash just about 1.5 miles away. I forgot to take pictures of this place but it looked pretty similar to the other location except it was not really on a hill and was located on a flat area. I parked in a stall, swiped my credit card, and selected whichever mode to wash my car. I actually wanted to rinse off the salt from my car so I wasn't there to make sure every dirty part of my car was cleaned. Instead, I sprayed RainX, soap, and water to clean up my car. They even had an option for wax, but I didn't do that. I was there for at least 10 minutes and it was under $9 which was fine with me. I will probably come back to rinse off my car in the future.

The owners of this place really know how to do business. They make it very affordable for the consumer while providing excellent service. All of the kids are very nice and respectful and provide exceptional cleaning service. I wish I knew prior how affordable this was. At this price I will definitely be doing this more often. They had employees hand washing the bad areas to make sure it is all clean and there are no spots missed. My truck had a ton of bugs on it and really dirty rims and it came out looking fantastic. Would definitely recommend stopping here for a car wash!
