We have home, auto, rental property, and umbrella policies. We wanted to maintain an appropriate level of coverage while spending less aggregate money. Jim Nichols responded the next day and asked us to send him our policy documents. We did and never heard back. We sent follow up emails 2.5 weeks later, but we never got a response. We sent another follow after another 2.5 weeks, and never got a response to that either. I thought working with an agent I could walk to see in person make it easier to get personalized coverage, but we've received whether response simply by calling Liberty Mutual's national phone line. Unfortunately, buying local with Krupa was an absolute failure. Giving two stars because they at least responded once before ghosting us.
