I asked her several times to please try to understand that I just wanted to know how and why my rate was approaching 3000 dollars. She was rude and informed me that her coworker was listening. She was terrible and at the end informed me that she would review my policy and call me back and hung up. Customer Service appears to be a thing of the past.
