He started off asking if I wanted to pull permits.. I said of course.. and that should have been my first red flag. He never pulled any permits, barely showed up and would give excuses/ straight up lie and say he was on his way but never show up. He also ended up charging way more then quoted. He got caught and hit with a stop work order 3/4th of the way thru.. after he had swindled me into paying him his final payment using every excuse in the book. He swore up and down he would make it right, all he did was make it worse by getting rude with the building inspector. Turns out he wasn't even properly licensed to be doing the job, which was probably why he avoided permits. He never made the situation right because the building inspector told him to tear the drywall down so electric and plumbing could be inspected, which is completely normal and he threw an absolute fit and refused to do that. He tried to figure out some way around it (one tactic he tried was to blame me, saying I told him not to pull permits which makes no sense, I live in this building too, I want it done safely and correctly, just further shows how low he will go to worm out of responsibility). He tried to fix it by bringing his brother in law, Chris Cordio, because he is properly licensed. Chris fought with the building inspector as well and neither one did anything to actually fix the issue. Chris also refused to tear the drywall down. After fighting with him for months and getting nowhere we had to fire him and hire another contractor for $30k to do basically the same job he did, showing how much he over priced me. Actually, my new contractor had to do MORE work to correct all Roland's mistakes ..Of which there were alot. Insulation was not to code, many things were not to code actually. Worst of all he left a HUGE hole in my roof and drywalled right over it hoping we would never know, or maybe hoping we would call him to fix the inevitable damage.. I asked him to at the very LEAST give us $5000 back and he had the audacity to tell me "well I know I owe you money but not that much" ...after he swindled me out of $100,000. Never heard from him again. Stay FAR away from this business. I'm out $100,000 plus the $30,000 I had to pay the second contractor all because of Roland Pagan.

Reliable Fence is not a good company…read more They didn't have a foreman at the site. The crew couldn't communicate with neighbors and didn't know the property lines. Crew put their installation equipment on my fence without even asking me. The police had to be called since they had no staking of property lines. Reliable doesn't respect property lines of neighbors or do any due diligence before installing the fence. They rely on a their contract to have no accountability for important issues of property lines and permits. When I was shopping for a fence years ago, I didn't pick Reliable Fence since cheap fencing material. They broke the noise ordinance and worked 2 hours past the deadlines. Reliable Fence Management was not concerned about breaking the rules. Just as they were not concerned with ensuring property owner staked the property boundaries. Reliable Fence Management had no concern for their staff and sent them out to work in a storm with 20 to 50 mile hour winds with large trees near the installation area. Reliable Fence was reported to the department of labor for their unsafe work practices. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst Fence Company with lack of accountability. poor quality of materials, and no oversight of the workers.

I was excited to find AVO Fence and Supply company. I travelled from Mattapoisett to Hingham to see…read moreif they could build me a gate to match a deteriorated gate in my pool area. I met with Mr. Cunningham who was very polite and professional. I gave him the dimensions of my gate and asked him to make sure the with of the gate was 46.75" wide. He stated he would and the gate would be ready to be picked up in Plymouth the following Wednesday. I paid $395.00 plus tax and drove back to Mattapoisett. I called the following Wednesday and was informed that the gate was not on the truck and I would have to wait another week to pick up the gate. After waiting another week I called your Plymouth location to see if my gate could be picked up. Didn't make the truck again!!! I was informed that the gate was in Stoughton. Now waiting 3 weeks for my gate I told Mr. Cunningham, I would pick up the gate. Picked up the gate and drove back To Mattapoisett to install the gate. The gate was manufactured to 45.75" wide and looks awful installed on my beautiful fence . Mr Cunningham made a note on the work order that " MAKE ACTUAL WITH 46.75"-THIS IS IMPORTANT. This was not a good experience. After posting this review I was contacted by the owner ,he gave me is personal cell number and he offered to replace the gate and personally deliver it to my home.
