The cost was less than a DIY with a truck & towing my car. The UPACK team's customer service from pick-up (South east) to drop off (West Coast) finish was above & beyond my expectations. All promised timelines were met and my belongings were perfect (see better and after photo). The consistency was such a pleasant surprise because the carriers were communicative and accommodating all the way through the process.
