The party I was at was very informal and relaxed so everything was served buffet style. The staff made sure the line was not too long and refilled the food platters when that needed to be done. In the corner one of their servers was handing out drinks. Food-wise everything was excellent. The quiche was great with a delicious cheese on top that was proportioned well with the egg and spinach. I also had their tuna, which was delicious. For dessert, I had one of their cakes! It was amazing. The top was icing while their was a large hunk of cake on the inside. The cake itself was separated by a delicious layer of cream-cheese. My only concern was that they did not give us clean silverware for dessert. However, upon asking a server gave me a spoon for my cake. Unfortunately, they did not have any forks.

I got a 1 taco plate with 2 sides and the Whole Farm. The black beans are delicious...the texture is smooth and creamy, the taste is well seasoned. The street corn is so good, too. I love the tajin seasoning on top; not too spicy, but it gives your tongue a little tickle. The bits of cotija cheese add color but also mild flavor. I got a taco with carne aside and a corn tortilla. I'd say I wanted my corn tortilla to be a little bit warmer, but it was still delicious. The only thing that was missing was a lime wedge. The Whole Farm is basically nachos with your choice of meat and all the toppings. Really good. The tortilla chips were the right amount of salty, and they didn't break under the weight of the chips. One thing they do really well is toppings ratio. The street corn wasn't overloaded by the cotjia cheese of the tajin. The nachos weren't overwhelmed with queso so that the chips got soft. Instead, there was just enough of everything. The cilantro didn't completely take over the taco. All the portions were just right so that you tasted everything but not one thing took over the show, which really means the unity of the entire dish took over. After I ate, I definitely agreed with their slogan: "the best decision you'll make today." Yeah, they were right.
