I called a number of times to Inquire about the repairs. I was given a number of excuses. A family member had to get in contact with the rep from the East coast as well as the rep from the West coast. My family member spent more than 20 hours on the phone with both of the reps. I did not receive one phone call from Interlake Healthcare. I was given a scooter on loan while mine was getting repaired. I was finally able to purchase a new scooter through the rep from the west coast. Bottom line, I was more than disappointed with the Service I received from the above mentioned company. I suggest if you buy a product thru Interlake Healthcare Products, you have a company in mind, if there are any repairs needed to be done. Do not count on Interlake Healthcare Products to do the repairs. I am more than disappointed and disgusted with the service that was provided.

(The battery needed to be installed by a mechanic in the Ford Escape, so it was impossible to just 'drop' it in and install it myself.) Bearing in mind this was New Year's Eve day, and I had tried to get help from several other local service stations but no one wanted to be bothered on New Years Eve, and most places only worked until noon that day. However, Corey and his crew were awesome ! The battery was replaced and the vehicle ready to go as promised. Great service !

I called after a week-and-a-half and it wasn't fixed yet, but I was told again by a customer service rep that it can sometimes take a couple of weeks and someone from the sports department would call me after it was repaired. Waited a month until I called again and found out my bike had been repaired, but nobody had bothered to call me, which I thought might happen. Not a bad place, but they don't really have their **** together there.

I needed a 20 inch tube for my roomate's bike. I picked one up, but when I got home, my roommate told me it was the wrong size. The diameter was 2.25 and he needed 3 for his fat tires. He called him, and said "I just bought a tube but I need a 3 inch diameter, do you have those in stock?". The owner said "No, it will expand." Obviously we were skeptical. He said "Try it, if it blows out I'll give you your money back". So we blew it up, and went for a ride. The tire went flat. We blew it up again, it went flat. We had to walk home. I went back into the store, and the owner tried EVERYTHING to make this dumb event my fault. "There must be something in your tire" he said first. No, I'm not having that, you said it would expand and tubes don't do that. That's why they have sizes. "Well you blew it up too much" he said. YOU SAID IT WOULD EXPAND, THAT'S WHY WE CALLED YOU. WE HAVE TO BLOW IT UP MORE THAN IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE. Now I'm yelling and getting really angry. "Well it didn't blow out, it's leaking air because of (insert another excuse here)" he says. OMG, the tire doesn't work because you're an idiot, why does it matter whether it blew out or not. IT DOESN'T WORK FOR THIS BIKE LIKE WE TOLD YOU ON THE PHONE. seriously? getting angrier. Then, he has the audacity to say "So you blew it up and then what?". I said "We went for a ride. It went flat". He literally says to me "Well, you shouldn't have ridden on it". "What?" I said "You said to try it." He says "Yeah I said try it, not ride on it". At this point of utter ridiculousness, I am done. I didn't buy an inner tube to look at and I didn't do anything wrong. He has a lot of products that I was going to buy but now I will never step foot in there again. He's not even nice or helpful when you're buying something. If you ask a question he says "I dunno, try it". What's the point? He obviously doesn't want anyone to shop there. If other people have great experiences there, I would say it must be a discrimination thing because I NEVER have in the 5 or so times I've been.
