There was a lot for them to fix, not only did they have to replace my rear bumper, but there were multiple issues from a previous accident where some repairs did not hold up and other issues were not fixed. Dennis gave my car a thorough look over and was clear in what he thought needed to be addressed. Having a car repaired is tough when you don't know about cars, but I never once felt like Dennis was exaggerating anything or taking advantage of my lack of understanding. He was easily accessible by phone and email, and he kept me in the loop as he worked on my car and spoke to my insurance. This was the ideal car repair experience. And I've been telling the same dad joke - "that was the most expensive burrito I've ever eaten!" since. Anyways, after locking in to my detective skills to ID the culprit, his insurance handled my claim. Now as with many insurance agencies they have their preferred shops that they guarantee the body work for life, or someone can choose their own with no such guarantees. Yall know how I feel about my car - or at least you should by now - so I was only going to go somewhere that does great work on MINIs, preferred shop or not. A guy in one of my MINI enthusiast groups recommended Di Eva so I went for it (This is also how I discovered there was a Raisin Canes in south Jersey. Btdubs, I went again yesterday and it was fire as uze). I just got my car back yesterday and the bumper, panels, and paint match are next level. My biggest concern is that it would look like a Frankenvehicle with mismatched parts, dull paint, odd fittings. But it looks like a new car from the back. I'm over the moon! And as an added surprise, they were able to get my sunroof to close! I may or may not have been riding around with a tarp that I have to put on in case it rains smh. I think that says a lot about this shop - real craftsfolk won't be satisfied calling a job complete if something else is not quite right. I really appreciate them for taking this extra step. There was a 2 week wait to get started on the car - and then I pushed that date back by another 10 days or so due to work. Once they had it though it took 3 1/2 weeks to complete - some of which was spent ordering parts. I had a rental paid for by The Other Guy so hey - take your time. The break from buying premium gas was awesome. All in all, I'm really happy with the work - 1000% worth the drive. Went there for a free estimate and followed up with a trip to my car dealership for some touch-up paint and their estimate. Turns out that I don't need to pull off my rear bumper for painting a dime-size scratch that had paint removed to the metal; the piece over the wheel is another story. Dealer can have detail work buff up the plastic piece, but for less money, Virgo can replace the piece with a brand new piece (and paint it). Virgo updated the cost of my original estimate, and it was LESS than the dealers! Being a leased vehicle, I'd rather replace a damaged piece than just buff the scratches off and save money on top of that. Part 2 will be added after the work is done.

It was also crazy low priced- something like $250 to remove the two large dents. They took me that day and it only took a little less than 2 hours. This time, John and Anthony did the "go-around" service on a Honda Odyssey, and it again looks great. I had to schedule the service, but it was only a week or so later (I needed a Saturday). They found a few small imperfections that I hadn't even noticed, and tried to make it as pristine as possible. Can't recommend this place enough!
