Second time I have used Johnny Dents. Last time, it was a new-to-me Subaru Outback with a few large dents- I was able to negotiate a good price on the car because of it, and they made the car look like nothing happened. It was also crazy low priced- something like $250 to remove the two large dents. They took me that day and it only took a little less than 2 hours. This time, John and Anthony did the "go-around" service on a Honda Odyssey, and it again looks great. I had to schedule the service, but it was only a week or so later (I needed a Saturday). They found a few small imperfections that I hadn't even noticed, and tried to make it as pristine as possible. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

From the beginning to end, the experience it great. the guys know what they are doing and provide great customer service. Not your typical auto body, tire, or basically any auto related repair waiting area. The guys took a look at my damage and told me it was in an unfortunate area. So, we dropped off our car, with the hope of getting a simple dent pull removed so we could resell our car at a higher value. We agreed that some additional dent removal, painting and detailing would be valuable. Here's the price breakdown: $65.00 Dent removal $125.00 Repaint and remove dent $200 to Repaint and dent plus touch-up around $ 200 for an exterior detail and do an odor treatment on interior. Include cleaning door jams. The dent removal and repainting of the bumper were perfect. That said: 1. Car on two occasions was not ready as promised. One time waited for 1.5 hours for car to be returned from paint shop. 2. Upon return from paint shop, dust covered entire car and most of interior, rendering detailing worthless. 3. Many scratches were not removed, plus very easy ones. 4. Car was damaged. An employee watched me try to use hatchback, and a piece came off in my hand. Employee gave me a $100.00 discount and offered to purchase replacement part. Employee never responded to follow up phone calls. A letter to owner of Johnny Dents inspired him to have me talk to paint shop to resolve with them (after a week plus of no contact). $150.00 for part plus an hour of my time. 5. Damaged piece of car was taped back in place by employee. Took 2 hours to remove tape residue. These guys clearly just want easy, quick work. I'm completely disputing charge, since it took me an additional two weeks to put car on market, since I waited needlessly for them and then had to wait for part. Avoid. read more

My 2013 Mini had suffered a run in with a shopping cart. My OCD would have none of this. That dent on the passenger door mocked me. It kept me up at night. I'd walk past my car and it was there, laughing at me.. Anyhow. Dropped in, based on Yelp and Google/FB reviews. $125, about 30 min later - dents gone! Its 99% better. The tech explained to me that Minis are notorious for inner door structures that are hard to work with. He explained that up front if he could not be complete the job due to it being hard to reach that I would not be charged. Ih he could only do partial work, he would give me a chance to inspect it and then we would work out a price, I felt that was very fair. I can live with the 1% defect, its very hard to see now. Much better than before! Price/Time ratio could NOT be beat. Not having to drop my car off, and leave it was a huge advantage. The dent would be non detectable to just about anyone but me, and I'm totally fine with it. Very pleased given the difficulty, speed, and accuracy of the job. I will be back in the event a shopping cart targets my car again. Waiting room was pleasant, water/coffee and a soda machine. Magazines, clean, bathroom, etc. Ample parking. Last year someone hit my door in a parking lot and left a huge line on the side of my 2012 Honda Civic Si. I was very impressed with the quality of work done on my car to repair this dent. I thought it would be impossible to get the dent out since it was on one of the creases that ran down the side of my car but somehow they did it. The young man who helped us was very knowledgeable and polite. I just booked another appointment because my wife got a ding in her 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. However, Shortly after the repair, I've noticed another ding on the same door panel and im pretty sure it wasn't there before. I really think they purposely ding another area for an unknown reason. This was my second time using this company/Larry. I had Larry at Johnny dents remove 13 dents from acorns hitting my hood and roof on my truck. 6 on the hood and 7 on the roof. You would think he replaced my hood with a new hood. I can't see any of the repairs no matter what angle or lighting. A 100% on these dents. The roof. 3 dents i can see the repair I give them a 99.5 to 99.8% perfect. The other 4 I can't see any repair. I give them 100%. The cost was $650.00 and took him about five hours.
