He reviewed our problem, a broken wooden step on our basement stairs, and also pointed out that the stairs had separated, so he added repairing the entire set of stairs to our quote. He completed the job within a couple of business days, within the estimated timeframe, and made some thoughtful recommendations to improve the functionality of the stairs and improve the aesthetics.
