I have paid him so far $26,000 for a large hardscape job and drainage around my new inground pool that he keeps saying he is going to finish but always has an excuse every day. He gave me a partial refund check $7600 for pavers 3 weeks ago that the bank says still will not clear. He has not finished anything and made several mistakes and is promising to fix. I pray that he keeps his word but in the meantime I will keep the community posted. My plan is civil court but I really just want him to keep his promise and finish my job in a professional manner. If you have had the same experience, please file a claim with the attorney general. Josh has done this to multiple people recently and should not get away with it.
