The way he pours the beer into the glass, clears the foam off, and dips the glass so its all nice and perfect for you. Such a pro. You can even taste a sample of the different craft brews if you are indecisive or your palate is feeling a little picky (aren't we all sometimes). Their selection of artisan beers is not overwhelming, there is a little bit of everything, and Ale will tell you what is good for you if you tell him what you like. They have my precious Cider! Don't judge me. There is no sign outside, easy to miss but worth looking for. It's not a huge place but it's very open inside. There is a small patio with a couple tables outside. I'm finally growing up and sometimes i wanna hang out and actually have a conversation and hear each other without having to yell out loud, ha! This is the place. I decided to go in, and the owner and his friends noticed I came in alone - gave me a couple shots on the house, and the conversations started flowing. Despite language barriers, we still managed to have a very hype night. I loved the interior decor - alot of Japanese anime influence, mixed with gritty Irish/Italian flare. We came every night during our four night stay, and it was always a great atmosphere inside and out. The downstairs bar has a great beer selection. If you look behind the bar, they have shelves with all the bottles, labeled by style. We tried a few new barrel aged stouts we had never come across, some of which were solid 10/10 beers. The food puts them over the top. The cheddar burger is a tasty burger, but the fries. Oh these fries. They are so crispy, so salty, and almost pinched in the middle so they have a little curl. They are so delicious, a real treat to end a long day's wanderin'. Bonus points because all the staff we interacted with was lovely every time we visited.
