The way he pours the beer into the glass, clears the foam off, and dips the glass so its all nice and perfect for you. Such a pro. You can even taste a sample of the different craft brews if you are indecisive or your palate is feeling a little picky (aren't we all sometimes). Their selection of artisan beers is not overwhelming, there is a little bit of everything, and Ale will tell you what is good for you if you tell him what you like. They have my precious Cider! Don't judge me. There is no sign outside, easy to miss but worth looking for. It's not a huge place but it's very open inside. There is a small patio with a couple tables outside. I'm finally growing up and sometimes i wanna hang out and actually have a conversation and hear each other without having to yell out loud, ha! This is the place. Got a snake bite the first round, and then a Guinness to round out the evening before walking over to Mercato Centrale for a late night bite. The other owner, whose name I also forget, is an insane in the best way character, tattooed from head to toe. I decided to go in, and the owner and his friends noticed I came in alone - gave me a couple shots on the house, and the conversations started flowing. Despite language barriers, we still managed to have a very hype night. I loved the interior decor - alot of Japanese anime influence, mixed with gritty Irish/Italian flare. Probably seats about 12 to 15 people total and has plenty of windows so you can see passersby and people watch. The cheeseboard? Get the cheeseboard. Their house wine is phenomenal and they take great pride in finding the grapes/different varietals to make it come to life. They have a both a red and a white house wine option. The second time we went - and yes, we went more than once in the four days we were there - we enjoyed one of the sandwiches and it was absolutely amazing. The bread, I can't even explain, the bread it's so flavorful and so good and so light. That paired with the delicious meats and cheeses were 100% worth it. I definitely recommend this location to anybody who is visiting Florence regularly or for their first time.
