Michelle (make-up), Gina (hair), and Marisela (hair) worked with everyone to bring their vision alive in a way that was authentic and made each person feel comfortable. We had a range of hair types (long, short, thick, thin) and a range of skin tones and they truly made everyone look the best version of themselves. From my Mom and MIL who both were nervous having their hair and make-up done (both prefer a natural look), to some friends who love to glam up, Willow House Beauty knew exactly how to make everyone happy! For my make-up I wanted a natural but slightly elevated look that reflected the special day but still made me look like myself. Of course Michelle nailed it! For my hair, I wanted it pulled back but also locked down for extreme dancing. Let me tell you, Gina delivered! Since it was a Saturday, it was decently busy when I arrived, but I did not have to wait more than a couple minutes to get seen. The space is small and it was a bit smoky inside due to the use of the blow dryers, but it didn't bother me. My coat was hung up when I walked in and I was offered a beverage which was nice. My blowout looked great, and my stylist took care to ask me what look I wanted and checked if I was ok with product in my hair. My blowout lasted all weekend somehow and I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

They told me they're no longer on ClassPass and that my reservation wouldn't be honored. That was frustrating, but I understood, and politely asked if they could cancel it on their end so I could get my credits back. Instead of helping, they asked me to book directly with them. When I politely declined, they called me rude while hanging up on me. Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. If this is how they handle simple customer service, I can't imagine trusting them with actual services. Unorganized, rude, and not worth the stress.

He showed up on the day of with a smile on his face and instantly got to work making everyone feel and look gorgeous. She was a great listener and was happy to offer tips and advice with regards to the look I was going for. She took notes on what I liked and didn't like about the trial, and was more than adequately prepared for the wedding day. I loved my hair & makeup, as did my maid of honor. Sissi is prompt & personable, and delivered more than I could've asked for. She even gave me suggestions for other artists when I frantically emailed her 3 days prior to the wedding day, when my mom changed her arrangements about her hair & makeup!
