I first met the guys from Sacred Apple about 20 years ago when I was doing something for a radio station that I worked for. I have always said I wanted to go there to get my work done. The owners have changed and so have the artists, but I felt like this is where I wanted to go. The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. There were 6 cars parked out front and I thought that meant there would be a wait. I was wrong. The shop is really large and can handle multiple clients at a time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the owner, Travis. I explained to him what I wanted done and he told me he could fit me in right now. He told me that they are pretty busy through April but because mine was simple he could get to it. His tattoo booth are was clean and well organized. I watched him take extra steps to insure an aseptic and sanitized technique. He talked to me throughout which helped with the slight discomfort/pain. We talked about some possible additions in the future to my simple tattoo. The whole process was less than 30 minutes. At the conclusion, he walked me through the after care process and he thanked me, I paid up (very reasonable) and I was on my way. The whole time I was in the shop, I felt comfortable and welcomed. He made sure that he asked me if it was okay if someone who just walked in the front door could come back so he could answer their questions. I appreciated the courtesy. I waited almost 20 years to get it updated and I am glad that I chose Sacred Apple.

Where do I begin? The short version of this story, I was given misinformation multiple times by the…read morestaff here at bath and body works and I had a rather unpleasant experience regarding their order online pick up in store program. The long story: I ordered online a purchase for pickup, which was expected to take around four hours. Three days later it still was not done. I called twice to ask when it might be finished and both times was told that day, neither time was it actually complete. I come to find later on that they were filling orders placed after mine before mine. When I asked how long the order would be held after it was ready for pickup, I was told five days and that I would be able to pick it up after the weekend. This was incorrect and it was expected to be picked up Saturday or it would be canceled. By the time my order was ready several items were out of stock and I could no longer even get them online because of how long it took. When I contacted customer support to discuss the matter, I was told the problem would be escalated and someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Three days later, no one had gotten back to me. Needless to say, I am disappointed in the experience and will not be using this feature again.
