After passing this place countless times while I'm walking, driving or just in the area, we finally were able to come in here with our masks during operating hours. The pros: HUUUUUUGE selection of succulents, slightly pricey but REALLY good quality and absolutely gorgeous. Also, really nice flowers and flower arrangements. The cons: I'm not sure if it was a bad day, but NO reason to be so RUDE to your clients (the cashier ESPECIALLY). First of all, there are barely any prices in the flowers, flower arrangements, plants. If there were more prices near the plants then we wouldn't have to "annoy" the employees and "bother" them by asking them prices of different plants. Came here with the idea of "supporting" local business instead of going to Home Depot or any other chain. I finally picked out like 4 plants which for sure were worth $50. One of the ladies that worked there rudely told me that "those aren't for sale" as she pointed to an almost invisible sign that said "not for sale". Meanwhile there were plenty of the plants available (duplicates of the same). The super nice lady that works in the greenhouse area propagating nicely said that there's no problem, we can sell those. Because there were more of those available. The initial rude lady ran to the other lady in the cashier to "tell on us". By the time we got to the cashier ALL excited with our new purchases she immediately says "they didn't tell you these aren't for sale??" And I said that one of the nice ladies said it was ok. Before I could even finish my sentence here she was snatching the 2 pots away from me. Basically forbid me from buying the plants because it took her "so long to grow" instead of kindly providing me an alternative she hid the plants away as if I was ready to steal them.... I was ready to just leave my purchases behind but I decided to buy one plant...to still try to support. I've NEVER seen anything like this. Not only did she miss out on a purchase DURING a crisis but she lost 2 customers and unfortunately I will NEVER recommend ANY of my friends here. Maybe the egg shop is a different experience but this to me was just not only humiliating but unnecessary and RUDE. #SupportOnlyNiceLocalBusinesses

Shakespeare once penned "to thine own self be true." i would pen this as "keep thine own manure to thyself." have been going here for years BECAUSE ITS UNUSUAL.BECAUSE ITS HIGH END. yet nature called this time. when i asked about a restroom they pointed me to the back where the porta potties are. the first one i opened was simply a predessor of what was to come. the other two left me w an impossible choice. i was trying not to dry heave entering the chosen one which was a slim comparison of the lesser of the other 2 evils. by the time i got to the front entrance where the car was parked i was bent over the car holding onto dear life with persistant vomiting onto the gravel. i felt so pretty. my friends would not go to lunch as planned as their description of my dryheaving in the car & my green face did not lend itself to eating. to not describe these portolets is not spareing you dear reader, but myself from the visuals that would prompt unyielding dryheaving every. single. time. that i think about this.my problem with this: i have a pretty strong stomach. my dad in the medical field would come home for dinner & while we were eating could easily talk about such subjects as pus. im no stranger when it comes to intestinal fortitude. these portolets were otherwordly disgusting, which to me were a complete insult to their customers who are spending small fortunes. i have never left there spending less than $300.00. and I'm on a pretty tight budget but I plan & save to come here. and most of their customers did not fall off the turnip truck or are backwoods farmers looking for something "purdy." show some respect to your customers. you want me to spend $250. 00 on some little garden ornament then clean up your act. make sure you use a real bathroom before coming here. They have a large selection of young trees and plants you would expect to find. We purchased a medium monstera, a baby snake plant, and a small jade plant. The owners were both there and very friendly and each had a different knowledge/specialty set. The biggest surprise was finding a rare horsefly eating plant! The delivery man was sweet to my mom and took the things inside for her and asked where she wanted them placed. I am impressed!
