My daughter has been mentioning for a couple months that she wanted her upper lobes pierced also known as the second holes. I as well have been thinking about it for 20 years. lol so on a whim, we made appointments for a couple hours later since we had lunch reservations first. We utilized the QR code to make our appointments. When we came back, we were about 10 minutes early. That gave us a chance to quickly look over the jewelry and choose what earrings we were going to use. The staff were all very helpful. They explained everything a few times and even went over the jewelry options. Rowan takes this very seriously from products used to those they higher and the process they do for piercings. Let me tell you a step up from the 1990s when I got my ears pierced. Our nurse Lauren was fantastic. If we wanted her to explain the process she would have. I personally was OK with no explanations. Just get the job done lol because I was nervous my daughter on the other hand she wanted to know the ins and outs and everything because she is just curious and was not nervous at all so Lauren was able to work with both of us. Overall a fantastic experience. It was about $140 for me and $130 for my daughter. We tipped as well. Your price will vary, especially on what jewelry is chosen. I would definitely recommend Rowan for piercings.

Initially I saw Ms.Brenda at midlothian turnpike location. One day I went to the location in Regency square mall and Brenda took care of me. I'm normally pretty hesitant with anyone new doing my eyebrows as to I have thick eyebrows and many tend to take a lot of my brows off. Amber however shapes my eyebrows perfectly. The shop is quite popular so sometimes there is a wait but the wait is never extreme. They are very clean and they DO NOT DOUBLE DIP in the wax. They take their time and make sure your eyebrows are perfect. The customer Service is amazing.
