She said he did ask her if she had anything and she said yes. When she was ready to give him them, he had to ask his co worker something and before she knew it he had submitted her taxes. My boyfriend went last year and said he had 1tax form and it cost him $270 up front as well. Since when do they not take their fee from your taxes? Way better off to do turbo tax! It's free!! Lesson learned for sure. And they need to update their fees because it states their fee is $69 not $270
