My experience so far has not been good…read more I am one of those people who was recently canceled due to homeowner insurance companies pulling out of Florida. I contacted Hartselle through their online quote form over a week and a half ago on the referral by a friend and never got a reply. I called and called by phone but no answer. Days later someone did finally answer the phone and connected me with an agent. Things were looking up and I sent my 4-point Inspection as requested. Never heard back. In the meantime my current insurance has expired and nobody has responded to my emails or phone messages. I wanted to contact Art Hartselle, the founder of the company, but I can't find anything about him. He is not on their executive team, isn't registered to vote, and doesn't own any property in Pinellas County so I have no way to contact him to let him know about the terrible service I am experiencing.
