Well maintain very clean actually spotless the owner that I talked to on the phone was very helpful. Very kind sweet lady gave me a lot of excellent information about the place but I was not expecting to be that spectacular. Loved every second of it the grandkids fell in love with it. I can honestly say that this is a hidden gem in Michigan. Went there to unplug and relax for a few days and it was amazing. The setting is peaceful and natural. The Clam River runs directly below the property and provides a wonderful view. Don't miss the sunrise coming over the trees in the morning. They have hiking and kayaking, with a host of other activities. Full kitchen and the downstairs bathroom is absolutely amazing.
