TLDR: Working with this team was very stressful and disorganized. I wish I had just done the work myself and saved myself over $1k in legal fees. I worked with Sandra and her team to form an LLC. The service received clearly indicated to me that my case was low priority and fell through the cracks of being bounced around by a team of paralegals doing the actual work. Getting my LLC finalized required constant emailing to check in on the status of things and to make sure tasks were being completed. By the end of everything, I was communicating with 4 different staff members about my case, making it difficult to track who I should be communicating with about what. After several weeks of radio silence from their team, I finally just checked on the status of my LLC filing on the Secretary of State's website and noticed my LLC was finally formed, which unblocked me from taking care of pending business-critical tasks such as setting up an EIN and bank accounts. The final kicker was their billing process. They emailed the bill to my husband, being the man of the house, regardless of the fact that all points of contact and communication were with me. They took a personal approach to my situation and generated a set of documents that I have been proud to put my signature on. The attorney at this firm is unprofessional with informing her clients for her fees be sure you get your attorney fees in writing and that you agree to the fees. We were informed after the consultation when we were sent a bill for $600 with interest of 18% added. The communication was very poor from the beginning and the receptionist is not well trained with setting up and following through with clients. read more

We called and made an appointment for a free consultation to see if they might be able to assist us in a new llc operating agreement We decided not to use this firm as we were unimpressed by their level of knowledge. Then they billed us for the free consultation. Very unethical bait and switch tactics. Seems they are more interested in billing for a non billable introduction to their firm, and lying to us. They are more interested in making money, than they are to serve a clients needs. Do not use this law firm!!!! read more
