The owner is absoluetly unprofessional, she thought she hung up the phone after talking to me and didnt and i heard her talking to someone about me and my house saying "if she wasnt paying for a deep clean, i wouldnt be sending anyone to clean her house". I am a professor at The W, i can afford to pay anyone to clean my home but wanted to give back to the community. MAYBE I WAS WRONG AGAIN. I have had my home cleaned by this company TWO times. The 1st time was an older lady I think her name was Angela and then a skinny white woman (seemed to be a supervisor who only sipped on a coffee while she was there and didnt help at all) and the house was not cleaned at all. The 2nd time i had two young white girls come clean and the house was perfect. I can not remember their names, but they were the best ones ive seen from that company. IF YOU GET YOUR HOUSE CLEANED BY THIS COMPANY ASK FOR THEM!! Needless to say that i will be taking my business else where. The owner and supervisor do not care about their customers. And thats a sad managment team if you ask me... and that just tells me that if you dont care about your customers then you must treat your employees like TRASH. If a "owner" is going to bad mouth customers, then she will do it to the employees. I am using an alias due to the fact that i dont know what this woman is capable of and i will not ruin my reputation because of a petty woman like her. When we called to resolve the issue, he was incredibly rude and did not want to work with us because we were only a first time customer and he "has a five star rating online and makes so much money he doesn't need us."
