After going to really snobby, stuffy and high pressured shops that did not care about my budget or what I really wanted, I cannot say enough good things about this shop.
My whole experience was delightful and memorable from start to finish. When I came for my first visit, the girls were really attentive and took time to get to know me. They really took the time to hear my wedding vision. They didn't make me feel pressured to pick and buy a dress, in fact they helped me find that perfect wedding dress. It was in the upcoming season and had to return 6 a few months later. They were very good with staying in touch and letting me know when the new line arrived. When I finally returned to try the new season, the girls were again, amazing in their service. They helped me realise my vision by customising part of my dress that made it perfectly my own. They always made me feel like I was the most important customer and even with my bridesmaids, the staff shared in our wedding fun. Despite all the tweaks and customising, my dress remained within budget. The shop was really good and helped me meet my budget and creating my perfect dress. They were also very good at fitting my appointments around my hectic schedule. They paid attention to every detail and it showed it the quality of my custom pieces and alterations.
I highly recommend this shop for the best wedding dress shopping experience. I have left not just as a thoroughly satisfied customer, but I have left feeling like I've made some new friends in these lovely ladies.
