Friendly owner who helped us figure out all of our self service laundry. He also does service wash and dry cleaning. Good prices and the machines are in good shape. Our washing took about 25 mins and drying the same. We enjoyed that it was clean and we were able to get full service pressing on one pair of pants. read more

Excellent service. I had my jacket zip changed and all my laundry (17 sets of bedding) done. Returned really quickly.

Initially pleasant, but turned ugly when old machines worked poorly I have been to this laundrette 3 times. The first 2 were very pleasant; they served tea and gave change. The 3rd time, I noticed that my washing machines were barely spinning. I wanted to do 2 heavy loads (jeans in one, sheets & towels in another). When I got home some of the clothes had barely got wet, clearly not well washed. I spoke to the owner & asked what why my machines only washed for 24 minutes, while the others had a 33 minute cycle, as another customer had also noticed. The owner went beserk, started yelling, was extremely aggressive. He would not have treated a man so violently. He was unreasonably angry & mistakenly thought I was accusing him of being dishonest when I just wanted to know why my machines were not working like the others. Another customer asked him to stop yelling at me. A friend also tried to reason with him. When the washing finished, he refused to let me finish my laundry & would not let me use the driers.
