I came to the office and worked with Todd and Jack, they were true miracle workers! They rushed the returns and got them done in time, fees were extremely reasonable and they kept in constant contact with me to ensure the accuracy of the returns. I received an IRS notice that I owed more taxes plus a penalty. This was completely the fault of the person who prepared my taxes. When I sent a copy of the IRS letter, I was told they reported all the income and I must have not given them all the correct info. They did not take responsibility for the error.
