In the process of the repair, the guy (Nate) tells me I need a new drum/pulley. He didn't want to be honest and admit that he broke it trying to remove it. Its an aluminum piece, and I found matching pieces of it on the floor either where it was dropped during the removal. The invoice and receipt reflects a total of $406. After checking my credit card statement, it reflects a total of $426.30. How can a receipt not be transparent on the total? I have pictures of everything. Just be careful dealing with this company! Seth arrived early in the morning a few days later, working alone, and set the door into its tracks, reset the cable, and even did a quick conditioning/cleaning job on the outside front of the door, making it look almost like a brand new door. In addition, he screwed in a support brace in the middle of the door because it was bowing. This is actually at the home of my elderly mother, and she has not done any servicing on the door for many years. Seth straightened it out and got it running right. The door is over 20 years old and I was almost thinking we would need a new one. Now I know that the door will run at least another 10 years if not longer.
