If you decide to go with Plains Commerce for a mortgage because of some special, make sure you get it in writing in advance. I signed up to refi and part of the equation was a large gift card. They switched the type of card at the last second, literally the last moment. When talking with the 'loan officers' that is not good enough, get it in writing.
