All I needed was to be added to my family's auto policy, that our insurance agent & I had already started the process on, but April was soo rude the entire time! Speaking over me & refusing to connect me or allow me to leave a message for OUR family agent, who has been our agent for YEARS. I literally had to hang up because she started raising her voice after I asked what the hostility was for! Total Karen. Thank goodness I record important calls like this now, for this very reason & recommend everyone do the same! So weird & unnecessary. I've worked in customer service & I treat others with the upmost respect. So weird for her to act that way for no reason. If you're having a bad day, take the day off! Or at least off the phones. Considering this is MY FAMILY, WE have taken our business elsewhere :) save more without an agent anyway. Kudos! Thank your employee April for that.

My local branch closed last year ( miss all the staff) so it's not as convenient for me but the excellent service I get makes it a minor bump in the road. I have had things come up over the years that needed special attention and the bank was very helpful and understanding in each case. None of us kids had the extra money to pay it off plus credit card. She was very unhelpful and stopped returning calls so went to louise branch. They take a lot of money to manage the account which really is nothing as the money went to another firm so i dont know why i had to use them. i thought that maybe they were there to protect me but no when the other firm turned out to be a fraud, they did nothing except continue to take money out of the account. then when i tried to close the account, they demanded a closing fee. they add no value.
