Be aware of their long sale techniques. I won a "free" pet photo shoot with my dog valued at $350 and a "gift" of a $1,000 to go towards purchase of a package. Then after the shoot was done, another employee than the photographer had me select top photos, and then walked me through their various packages that after the photo shoot free and free gift taken off, I would have to pay between $900-$2,500. I was provided specifics on the shoot and gift prices up front when I was scheduling an appointment but not the package prices. I did end up buying the least expensive package that was still a lot more expensive than what I planned to spend which was at most $500. read more

As previous reviews have stated I also "won" $1350 from Clark Marten through a Q2 contest. This is a sales scan. So low that they have to revert to these tactics to get sales. I complained to Q2 and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. read more

Not impressed at all. We "won" one of their promotional portrait packages, $350 for the sitting fee and $1000 towards a portrait package. Paid a $200 fee that they said would be refunded the day we took our photos, which didn't happen. The photographer was great! And the pictures turned out beautiful, BUT they are way over priced for what you are getting. 14x18 canvas was $2200 and individual 8x10 photos were $500 a piece. They know exactly what to say to get people to buy their photos. Don't fall for their scam. read more

The facility is impressive; they have a cohesive team and each one is a subject matter expert in the area they are responsible for. The staff is gracious and really made the experience stress free and quick which is imperative with small children. The quality of the photo is immeasurable and I could not be more pleased. This session did not come without a price and on the spendy side (4 digits) but you get what you pay for and this time for this Mom, it was worth it! read more

Won a session. Ended up feeling very scammed by it. Sad that such a professional looking photo studio runs business like that. I was promised a free session and photo, ended up being a minimum $400 on top. We went with a bigger package and the air brushing on the final product was really really bad. I was very sad. The actual session was nice but I would really recommend not falling for the win a session scam and honestly for the price there are better photography studios out there. read more
