Management is horrible they never documented any prior damage told me in email that they didn't…read morethen charged me for all the prior damage I moved out at the same time as a friend (they had holes in the walls etc.) theirs was $200 cheaper on the bill make that make sense also didn't receive the bill in a timely manner (they have one month after you move out to bill you) so they will not see a penny from me they also charged me a whole extra month of rent but had my unit rented out two weeks after I moved I wouldn't let enemy rent from there Kristy was an absolute nightmare to deal with very rude and unprofessional from our first encounter. I also had two encounters with one of the actual owners he was not friendly either they definitely do not care about their tenants they only care about the money and it shows
