I rarely if ever feel compelled to write reviews but I cannot say enough positive things about working with Scott and his team at OhioHD. The details below are not hyperbole! Since Covid hit, we've been producing and directing music videos remotely from Los Angeles which has posed many logistical challenges to say the least. This time was no exception - We needed to produce a full scale music video for a major label band based in Columbus, where no one from our team had ever been. OhioHD was a miraculous one stop shop that I came across on ProductionHub. This was one of the easiest and most successful productions Ive ever worked on as a result of Scott and his teams professionalism and expertise. Not only were we able to film on OhioHDs state of the art CYC Stage, but OhioHD provided all of the necessary equipment, gear, you name it... all in-house. From projectors, to hard drives, to crafty, to crew, Scott responded almost immediately with solutions to all of the random requests we threw at him. He even offered to order lunch for everyone himself. Scott also provided us with a turn key remote monitoring solution that allowed our director to seamlessly direct remotely from his Laptop on a zoom meeting from LA. Our clients were able to pop in and out of the shoot all day too. Honestly it was kind of a dream scenario! Scott also recommended a brilliant DP in Josh Emerick who turned out to be one of the nicest and most thorough DPs we've ever worked with (to bad he's not in LA!). Josh brought on a wonderful Art Director in Ross Thiesen as well. Scott provided the rest of the crew who were all so nice, experienced, and all had great communication skills. The DIT Taylor even uploaded our proxies late into the night. He even went to fedex to mail us our drives on a saturday! What a dream team! It also worked in our favor that the film community is small but tight knit, so everyone from our crew, including our wonderful local line producer Naomi, had worked together before. Lastly, OhioHDs Covid protocol is super strict and adheres to OSHA CDC guidelines. They even have an in-house covid safety monitor or coordinator that enforces social distancing who was lovely. Naturally Scott was an angel and provided all sanitizing products and PPE as part of our package because they cant help but be the best? Goes without saying, I wish we could work with OhioHD on every video forever! Thank you so much Scott for making this such a positive experience for us! Excited to share the video with you soon!

Also I had done my own layout (using Word (with limited layout capabilities but all I had) and had created my own pdf, that seemed to print ok on my home printer, but I was not sure about column alignment when sending to an actual printer. I decided then to go to Yelp for ideas. There I found Metcalf Printing. It was located near the airport and near where I was going to stay in Columbus when attending my brother's memorial service. I started doing the online process on their site. It was pretty intuitive. But after uploading my pdf, I still had alignment concerns. I decided to call the number and got a nice reception. I was referred to Jeff Metcalf (the owner) who asked me some questions and then said, just email me the pdf and I will take a look and get back to you with a quote. It wasn't long before he sent me the info. I called the next day to approve and pay via credit card. When picking up the bulletins the following week in Columbus, I was positively impressed by Jeff and the good quality of my printed pieces. Jeff said he has modified alignment a little so my columns were centered. Thank you. I learned Metcalf Printing has been in business since the 1980s, started by Jeff's mom (hope I am remembering this right). I had a positive experience, and received a good print job. Probably not likely I will be back there again soon since I live in Iowa. Making funeral plans for my brother was hard enough, and this service by Metcalf Printing helped one detail less difficult.
