On Friday July 31st, 2026 I had my windows cleaned. I communicated via text with Griffin to make arrangements. On the day of, a young boy by the name of Kyle showed up to do the work. I was expecting Griffin. Things progressed well until I asked for some of my screens to be wiped with a damp cloth as per my communication with Griffin. My request was declined. I am assuming for safety reasons as one would need to access the windows with the use of the ladder. Later, I showed the windows that needed to be done at the front of the house. I was asked to check the windows to determine if all was satisfactory. I did notice one that needed more attention and Kyle did redo that one. I gave him the greenlight to pack up and go. Once in my bedroom, I noticed one other window was forgotten about. I am taking half the blame. I reached out to Griffin and he asked for a picture via text which I did send. I was told that they cannot return to do one window and I was offered a refund for the one outstanding window. To make a long story short, I have yet receive anything for that one window and I have not been successful in connecting with either of them. I am simply being ignored.
