But since I'm moving into a new home and it's the first time I hired a cleaning company, of course my expectations are high. It wasn't even a very big home too (just a condo townhouse) and the place wasn't trashed, it was just dirty so I am surprised it took so long. I give them a 3 star instead of 2 star because I can tell they tried. They came from another job and it was late afternoon early evening already so they must have been tired. I figured for a really thorough job up to my kind of standard it would probably take 5-6 hours or so.
