The preparer seemed very incompetent and not only did it take Ms. Eleanor Martin 2 hours to complete everything; she had to call her supervisor to ask how to print my copy. I would not recommend anyone to use Jackson Hewitt based on poorly trained preparers. I didn't mind the $382 charge, the service was just horrible!!!!!!!!!!
