Taking money with ZERO results on their end just to come back and want to charge you again!? Just moved in to the new home with bad feet and pet odor! Chose this company for high stars but BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE INEXCUSABLE EXPERIENCE! The smell and odor came back exactly as before once the carpets dried. When the carpets were saturated wet after he left the first time, the carpets were dirty! Had black muddy water seeping out while wearing white socks, you can see the black dirt staining the socks just walking over it once! Complete waste of $170! While he was here the first time, he gave the notion of getting rid of the smell, adding perfumes and solutions is not cleaning carpets! Once the carpets dried, SAME smell of feet, pet odor with now a lingering strong solution smell overwhelmed the bedroom. Unbelievable!!! When the carpets were wet the carpets were saturated in dirt! Did not do anything close to a thorough job as promised. If you aren't able to do the job, don't take people's money. Called the company back out to redo the job the following week... Once here the second time he said he'll do a deeper more saturated effective clean... Wait?? So why wasn't this done to begin with??? Was the first job just pre work??? Instead, he comes back and has another receipt wanting to charge an additional $120? Why? When clearly you didn't do the deep clean as promised the first time! Why are we paying again!? Odor is still apparent as before, carpets are still dirty and now just masked with your overpowering solutions!!! On the receipt he gave us the first time it only stated "can't guarantee all stains". There were no stains to begin with, but you did say you're able to help by deodorizing the carpets to alleviate the smells. LIES LIES LIES LIES. This was clearly failed service! Untrustworthy and very unprofessional. Unfair and likely to just take your money, charge you for half ass work, then come back to tell you "nothing really can be done because of the padding and concrete below". Well, if you knew that ... you should have said you weren't able to help us, nor should you have taken our money and want to then charge us AGAIN to come and clean the carpets deeper?? When you should have did this the first time! You are the business professional, paying for your opinion to YOUR capabilities is YOUR responsibility! Don't waste your time, money or efforts. When I decline the cleaning as a result, I'm still charged $80 for a 1 minute look at my couch, despite pictures being sent showing the couch and dog hair. $300 quote to "treat" a couch that they are guaranteeing won't remove the dog hair is a scam. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Response: Of course the couch was "severely" covered in hair, we have 3 dogs and the pet hair was why we sought out their services. We asked if this company deals with pet hair because not all do and they answered yes. When I was told in person that they guarantee they cannot remove all the pet hair I respectfully declined to have it cleaned. The service technician then stated: "well it is still going to cost you because we could have been somewhere else." Rude and unprofessional. They also don't even know when their workers arrive. Here's the time stamp. Pictures show are from today before they "inspected" the couch and what was sent to them. Vacuuming has never taken the hair off, which is why we wanted it professionally cleaned. Anyone with pets will understand this. In my opinion, spending $300 to vacuum my own couch and to still have hair on it is a waste of money. Book at your own expense! I have had stains in my carpets for YEARS. I had another company come out to clean and they did a good job but there were still a few pesky spots. I didn't expect them to come out anyway so I wasn't disappointed. About a year later I came across Blue Dog's website and it said they specialize in pet odor removal. This is not just a slogan! They really do. The odor is gone and so are the pesky over a year old stains! It's a miracle and I'm not afraid to have friends into the bedrooms again. Thanks, Blue Dog!
