I have had stains in my carpets for YEARS. I had another company come out to clean and they did a good job but there were still a few pesky spots. I didn't expect them to come out anyway so I wasn't disappointed. About a year later I came across Blue Dog's website and it said they specialize in pet odor removal. This is not just a slogan! Plus all of the random kid spills it was a mess. Stains as far as the eye could see. I seriously thought there was no way we were ever going to get them out and that we would eventually have to replace the carpet. It was definitely a mess. I was on my last resort of renting a rug doctor and trying to at least attempt to make it look clean again. Which my husband was dreading because he knew he was going to be enlisted for the extra work lol! So since he wanted to avoid the extra house work he called 918 Carpet Cleaning on the sly. And I am so thankful he did! They came out the same day he called and literally had my rooms with carpet in them looking like the carpet was brand new again! Best small business cleaner I have ever seen. Super nice guy. No problem answering any questions we had. And Seriously fast. He was done within two hours. And my whole house now looks and smells amazing again! It would have taken me all night and then some of I had rented that rug doctor to do what he did during those two hours. It was well worth the $100 check I wrote. I can not recommend this place enough! If your thinking of hiring anyone to come in and clean your carpets this is definitely the place to call!

The bad was dealing with the owner, to do some minor repairs. I was accused of being passive aggressive, because I touched base on Zane's website, reminding him for the 3rd time, that I still needed the job completed. The second time was while we were voting for the Presidential election. He had ample time to input a reminder on his phone calendar, to reach out to me. I waited 3 weeks more and contacted him on his website....merely reminding Zane...nothing aggressive, or rude, just a reminder. His response? I was passive aggressive!!! I would find a company that is glad to provide excellant service. Funny...these companies are all too talkative before they get the job. Yet seem to make rude remarks when you need 15 minutes of their time for a simple repair. The real kicker...he lives maybe 1 minute away. I pray that others that live 15 minutes away, or more, get better service. There are other companies to consider.
