However, a recent event has changed our opinion of them and we will no longer be using their services or recommending them. Weeks ago, we had made reservations for our daughter and her friend to have a message done while they were visiting us from Chicago. On the day of the appointment, we traveled the 35 miles to their location only to find them closed. We called the number and just got a recording. The next day we did receive a call from them wanting to know if we wanted to reschedule the prior day's appointment?! Why didn't they call us before the appointment!!! It would have saved us the travel time and we could have planned something else. We will never go back to then.
