I'd give no stars if I could! This office has allowed my son's father to change his pediatrician without my consent which is not legal through our court order. Dr. Leskie and her staff have proved a medication check that my son never went to them for and have also approved a medication refill even though they have absolutely ZERO medical history of his medical condition from his previous pediatrician. Between talking with reception all the way to a practice manager, I can safely say you will find better care almost anywhere else!! My husband had his annual physical preformed by Physician Assistant, Anna Plumley, in the Bloomfield office. The exam was subpar compared to his usual annual exam. No EKG or prostate exam was preformed which is typical for a man his age. Very disappointed. She ordered the typical blood test; otherwise, it was a waste of time. read more

On May 1, 2023, I brought in my daughter 6 and my son 9 because they weren't feeling well and coughing for over a week. My daughter had been there approximately 2 or 3 weeks prior for the same issues. We were seen by Doctor Samantha Cowing. This is not our regular pediatrician. To make a very long story short, she forgot to check my daughter's ears, and when i asked her to, she said she saw some skin, but it was ok!? She recommended allergy medicine. Dr. Cowing said my son had a bad ear infection and sent a prescription into CVS for Amoxicillan. We went right to CVS, and they couldn't fill the prescription because Dr. Cowing wrote twice the adult dosage! Dr. Cowing nor any of the staff responded to CVS. I called Clarkston Medical, was on hold for 10 minutes, and was transferred to the doctors line. I was on hold again for a few more minutes, then was promptly hung up on! I called back and received the "we are closed message!" I needed to get my kids' medicine and actual treatment and had to go right to the urgent care. At the Urgent Care, the doctor found a bead in my doctor's ear and irrigated it out. See pics below. My son was consequently prescribed the correct dosage, and my daughter was prescribed an antibiotic for fluid in her ear. I was able to finally pick up the prescriptions at CVS for my children. The next day, I tried to inform CMG management what had happened but was told they were in a meeting, that I would have to wait for an hour. While waiting, my oldest son 17 called shortly after I sat down, and I had to pick up the now third sick kid from school. I came back a little over an hour later and waited 10 more minutes. Finally, I was able to inform them what had happened. I was told to let them know if I get a bill. So 3 months later, multiple phone calls to billing and management, hopefully now the bill will be handled appropriately. I also showed up twice at the office as well! Horrible experience from the top down!!! We left the practice over this! I can't stress enough, parents and patients beware!!!!! read more

....first, why did this auto fill with a glowing review? Shady af.... Anyway, the service here is great...when you can get it. The phone holds are RIDICULOUS, and sometimes you get someone super rude on the other end. I had to bring my daughter in for an appt. I called at 8:00 to warn them she was coughing. They open at 8:00 , so I called right when they opened, but I was still on hold for fifteen minutes. They told me she had to go to the mobile care clinic, she wasn't allowed into the building coughing. Now, the physician at the mobile care clinic is wonderful, but the overall set up is a sh!t show. The "check in" is you yelling through your passenger window to someone who is sitting in a trailer with the window open. Have laryngitis? Too bad, just yell louder. Already sick and it's a rainy day? Too bad, you're sitting in the wet while your symptoms are looked at. Once there I explained the situation, and that we'd had negative COVID tests. The physician at the mobile care said that, with negative tests, we should have been allowed in. The person on the phone in the morning hadn't even asked though. The mobile care dr said we needed to be seen in the actual office tomorrow. I phoned to make an appointment as soon as I left. Almost 3 hours later I still haven't been able to get through. I really, really love the doctors here, but I have found myself going to alternate locations and walk in clinics because actually seeing a doctor here has been so difficult. I appreciate that they want to keep sick and healthy patients separated, but there has to be a better way. read more

I have to say Dr. Harding is great. I really like her, but it is far to drive and then to sit there for over an hour for a fasting blood draw is ridiculous. I understand this office is very large with a huge patient volume, but the staff make you feel like a number (or part of their pay check) .....not a personal care experience. I contacted Dr. Harding to explain my reasons for finding a new doctor and her response was very understanding which I appreciated. However, I continued to get emails and texts reminding me of my upcoming health to-do list. I called the number on the email to update my contact preferences and indicated to the girl, who finally answered the phone (on hold for crazy amounts of time with the office) and told her I was seeing a new doctor and wanted my phone number and email deleted from the preferences....she said no problem and hung up on me.....not even sure she caught my name..... While the doctor was great....the staff sucks. They are rude and the hold times on the phone and the wait times for the lab are crazy. The staff should attend a conference on how to treat people with kindness and compassion. Patients come into the office, sometimes at their most vulnerable due to health concerns, only to be treated like a number in an assembly line.....it is pitiful!! read more

I just recently got off the phone with Debbie a worker from referral services and I cannnot explain how rude she was being towards me. My insurance doesn't need referrals she said, but my insurance called my chiropractor for a referral. I informed her of this and she still began to give me attitude and was being extremely rude on how she won't do it, even though my insurance specifically asked for it. I gave her the number to my chiropractor and told her they wanted to talk to her.. I am so disappointed in the service I received today. I am very outraged at how rude she was being. Our child with Down Syndrome sees Dr. Harding. She is extremely knowlegable on the different needs of our child compared to other doctors we have seen in the past. She always listens to our concerns and is wonderful about answering any questions we have or addressing any concerns we have for our child. Whenever our children are sick they are also always great about finding room in the schedule to see them right away, usually with the doctors that the kids are used to seeing. read more

Today I took my children here to have their school physicals done. We were booked with Dr. Joseph Gorz DO. I don't think I have ever received such an amazing welcome. Dr. Gorz is amazing with teenagers! He is compassionate, humble and definitely not rushing you thru the system. My kids enjoyed him and thought he was quite funny. ( he actually is) . I already have an amazing Dr. in this facility Dr. Joslin that I go to personally so I am even more impressed that Dr. Gorz follows the same great service. If you are looking for a new Doctor I would be quick to call this one as I am sure he will soon have a "not taking new patients" sign soon. I was very impressed with Dr. Lajoie he was able to ascertain my problem and begin driving to a corrective course of action. The billing though was a bit over the top, after my visit they said you owe nothing and one month later I had not been mailed a bill and I received an email around 5:30AM, a text around 3PM another email at 4PM and a call demanding payment. I have insurance and the amount was under $120, I was not past due and this is how you treat a new patient? I will pass on going back there are plenty of doctors... read more
