Rochester Primary Care offers high-quality medical care for patients and their families. We have same day appointment availability and are accepting new patient appointments without a long wait. Since 2003, the team has been committed to preventive and holistic care, educating and treating patients beyond the medicine cabinet with nutrition classes, disease management classes, and a registered dietician on staff.

The state-of-the-art laboratory is equipped with digital X-rays, full-service procedure rooms, and complete laboratory services for pre-operative clearances. Meet the Business Owner: Ramkrishna S.
Ram Surendran, MD, has been in solo practice since 2003. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has a PCMH certified practice. He has multiple years of experience in private practice, hospitals, emergency rooms, urgent care clinics, nursing homes, and foster care homes. He supervises and trains resident physicians, medical students, and nurse practitioner students rotating through his office. Currently he maintains admitting privileges at Crittenton Hospital and William Beaumont Hospital - Troy, where he directly admits and rounds on his patients. He completed his residency at North Oakland Medical Center in Pontiac, Michigan and medical school at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. His patient population includes newborns to geriatric patients. His goal, as a health care provider, is to educate his patients and allow them the opportunity to make informed choices regarding their care and facilitate their health care needs.
