A week later I still hadn't heard from anyone so I sent a follow up email. I heard back from someone who wasn't from Mastin electrical, it was some agency that makes bookings for them. He didn't know anything about the product either. For me to find out from someone who knows what they're talking about they want $150 to do a site visit, when every other electrician I've contacted will do a free quote and can give me advise about suitable products over the phone. Service was very poor compared to their competitors.

A friend said get a quote from them before you decide, you will be surprised. And surprised I was! They came in cheaper than the Spotlight quote ( which had a hefty discount ) and the quality was better ! Nicki knows her stuff being in the industry for 50 years and wouldnt let me make a prompt decision until she visited my home to reconfirm the colours and fabric would work. We discussed how each opening would be used to come up with the most user friendly options. Nicki was honest and not pushy and took her time with me to ensure I was going to be happy with everything from fabrics, style, colour and configuration. The installer was very professional and considerate of my purchase and home, bringing everything he would need including a ladder with foam on the feet so it didnt scratch my floors and wearing white cotton gloves when handling my light coloured curtains. I was kept up to date with timing and delivery and install was prompt, without any complications. Its rare to find this these days but good to know there are businesses still out there that provide quality product and service, consider customer satisfaction a priority and offer a variety of options to suit everyones budget.
