The tech didn't even touch the hose to spray it down. Drove to the pickard location and let them know it was my 3rd car wash today and what happened at their other location. They called the manager, Brad out who assured me it would not happen at pickard. They took time pre spraying my vehicle and finally it's clean! Thanks, pickard! I was told I was the 3rd vehicle today who went through mission multiple times without success! Do yourself a favor and just choose pickard each time!
